My favorite brand of milk is Olper’s Milk. It is one of the most popular and trusted milk brands in Pakistan. The milk comes in beautiful red and white carton packaging that looks very fresh and clean. The box keeps the milk safe from dust sunlight and germs. It is available in different sizes like half liter packs one-liter packs and larger cartons for families. The milk is very creamy fresh and has a pure taste. I like Olper’s because whenever i drink it i feel fresh and full of energy.

There are many reasons why i choose Olper’s as my favorite milk brand. First the quality is always excellent and the taste never changes. Second the packaging is safe and hygienic which makes me trust it. Third it is available in almost every store near my home so it is easy to buy. Fourth Olper’s Milk has a long shelf life compared to open milk from local shops. And lastly the price is fair and affordable. Milk itself has so many health benefits. It is rich in calcium which keeps bones and teeth strong. It contains protein which helps in the growth of muscles. Milk has vitamin D vitamin B12 and potassium which are very important for good health. It also gives energy and helps people feel active during the day. For students like me drinking milk keeps my brain and body fresh so i can study well. For children milk helps them grow taller and stronger. For older people it protects their bones from weakness. Even for sleep drinking warm milk at night helps the body relax. Truly milk is a natural blessing for everyone.

Milk is very versatile because it can be used in tea coffee desserts sweets and even main dishes. Here i want to share one of my favorite recipes: Milk Falooda. It is a very famous summer drink in Pakistan. To prepare Milk Falooda we need: chilled milk sugar basil seeds boiled vermicelli rose syrup and one scoop of ice cream. First soak the basil seeds in water for 10 minutes until they expand. Then boil some vermicelli and let it cool. Take a glass pour chilled milk into it and mix sugar according to taste. Add the soaked basil seeds and vermicelli into the glass. Then pour a litle rose syrup on top and finaly add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The result is a delicious creamy and refreshing drink thats is perffect for hot days. This recipes shows how milk can be used to make something unique tasty and healthy at the same time.

In my city the price of one liter of Olper’s Milk is around 310 Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If we convert this into steem it is almost 1.10 steem (depending on the current exchange rate). I think this price is reasonable because the milk is fresh safe and full of nutrition. It is worth the money and I always feel satisfied when buying it.
