The hashtags are part of the contest meaning artistic photos should be shown about the (feeling) of the day...
If taking that into consideration it's not the hashtags being wrong but the entry

Okay, I haven't thought about any contest criteria. In that respect, the hashtag choice is understandable.
But still: every contest should allow at least one (preferably two) ‘free’ hashtags that describe the content of the text. After all, these are the only minimal chance to reach an audience that doesn't know you.
I love Scrabble games, my friend have it in his house and it's a game of intellectual.
Yes, Scrabble game is loved by many. It's a game for all, actually. As long as you use English words. You can play almost everything.

We have scrabble in Dutch 🤔
And German, etc.
She should be an L1/bilingual English speaker at the moment though.
