Bluetooth music speaker repair. Problem: on/off switch and charging pin. With a video tutorial.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I share with you how to repair a Bluetooth music speaker.

A few days ago, an elder brother of mine from my factory gave me a Bluetooth music speaker. He bought it for 800 taka and told me that he had been using it for a long time and had previously changed a battery, so why is it not working now? Is it a battery problem or an on-off switch problem? It was not charging when I charged it. I brought it home and how I fixed it step by step, so let's see.

Step -01

First, you can see that I have taken the Bluetooth music speaker on my work table, and I will open the body cover and observe what the problem is inside. It was not turning on and off and was not charging, so let's open it and see what the situation is.

Step -02

So now you can see that I have taken the body cover, and you can see a mobile battery in my hand, which was repaired once again before, and the circuit is visible inside, so let's open the circuit and see what the problem is in the circuit.

Step -03

So I took the circuit in my hand and observed it for a long time, and the things observed can be understood in the video. Here I found the problem in the switch and the charging pin, which I suspected.

Step -04-05

Now I took a mobile charger and connected it to the pin of this circuit and saw that there was no charging here.

Step -06

To remove the doubt of the circuit, I checked the output of the battery to see if there was any damage to the battery. I saw that the battery was absolutely perfect. As a 3.7-volt battery, its output was even higher.

Step -07

I again connected the battery line to the circuit and jumpered the switch connection. You can see that the light on the display is on, which means there is a problem in the switch line and the switch needs to be changed.

Step -8

In this step I have decided to change the charging pin of the circuit, and you can see that I have an old charging pin and another new charging pin, and my new charging pin does not match this charging pin. Still, I will change it, and if you watch the video of this change, you will understand very well how I have modified it by removing the lines.

Step -09

Now you can see that I have replaced my new charging pin in the circuit, and I have taken out two jumper wires from the switch, blue and black colours. Through these two wires, my Bluetooth speaker will turn on, and the battery will be charged through the charging pin.

Step -10

Mashallah, now you can see in this picture of me that I have connected the charger to the circuit and how beautiful the power LED is running and the battery is charging, and I measured the output from the circuit to my battery, and the output of the circuit was going like 4 volts.

Step -11

Now you can see in this picture that after I combined the two jumper wires that I took out of the switch, my Bluetooth speaker turned on, and the reason for doing this method is that I could not find the switch that is installed in this circuit in the market, so I will install another switch.

Step -12

When my switch installation was complete, I replaced the circuit in its previous place and installed the battery, connected it to the speaker, connected it to the battery, and connected it to the switch, so let's do the complete body fitting.

Step -13

Now you can see that I have completed the complete fitting, and after installing a switch, now my Bluetooth speaker is turned on, and the red and blue lights are on in front, the lights on the display are on, and it is charging, and I have connected it to the phone and played a song here.
