How are you all? I hope you are all well. By the grace of God, I am also very well. Today I will introduce you to some electrical devices. Which are always useful to us. The devices that I will introduce today are mostly used in industrial factories. I will discuss them in detail with pictures below. Let's get started.

A circuit breaker is a switching device. A circuit breaker is called MCB. MCB stands for (Miniature Circuit Breaker). A circuit breaker plays a very important role in our homes and industrial establishments. This circuit breaker controls the load that we use. If the electrical load becomes too high, then this breaker will automatically trip. Later, the load can be checked again and the breaker can be tripped. Many types of circuit breakers are available for our use. Available in different amperes. And it can be single phase, double phase, three phase. In case of using circuit breaker for our home or industrial factory, we have to calculate the load and install the required ampere breaker.

Circuit breaker is a type of switching device. MCCB stands for (Molded Case Circuit Breaker). The circuit breaker that I described above also works in the same way. The difference is that it is used for heavy duty. And the above MCB is also used in homes. This MCCB safety is much higher. MCCB also has an auto tripping system.

Magnetic contactor is a magnetic switching device. Magnetic contactor works as an electromagnetic switch. Magnetic contactor can control very powerful current. Magnetic contactor protects the circuit in a panel from high power. Magnetic contactor is used only in industrial factories. Magnetic contactors are used to turn on and off three-phase motors in industrial factories.

A digital ampere meter is an electric current measuring device. The function of a digital ampere meter is to show the height of the loads that we use on the panel on the meter display. This is a good aspect for us. We should all use this ampere.

Overload is used in industrial motors. The motors used there often have more electricity than the specified load, which can damage our motor. At this time, overload trips protect our motor. Sometimes, the motor heats up due to long-term operation, then this overload trips protect our motor. Overload trips protect our motor from burning.

We can call this a power pot/potentiometer. A 10k power pot is a speed-variable electrical device. Its function is to change the resistance value of a device. Along with this, a 10k power pot divides the voltage. Using this 10k power pot, we can reduce or increase the speed of our device. For example, it is useful to reduce or increase the sound of our audio system. Again, a 10k power pot is used to change the voltage or current of an electrical device.

A timer is a device that can turn on and off an electrical device at a specific time. In industrial factories, timers are used to protect all the motors that we use. Because many times, if we start the motor manually, we do not remember to turn it off. This can cause problems with the motor. If there is a timer, then if you set the time, the motor will automatically turn off when the time is up, in which case our motor is protected.

The function of the magnetic contactor coil is to keep the electromagnetic switching system of the magnetic contactor active. When electricity is passed through the magnetic contactor coil, this coil produces magnetic energy. The magnetic energy applies electrical energy to the magnetic contactor, as a result of this energy, all the devices of the magnetic contactor are connected, then the magnetic contactor is turned on. Using it ensures the safety of our circuit. Because the coil is used in the magnetic contactor, the power circuit is kept separate from the control circuit. Therefore, it protects those who operate it.
