Hi I am Maryam Nadeem from Lahore #pakistan. Come once again to share my Beautiful and delicious recipe with you guys. Which is Potato Cutlets most Favorite or mine. My rat doesn't like to eat most curries or any food during summers so this recipe is perfect for summers. So Lets Start my entry. Hope so you guys like it 😍.

Ingredients ✨

Preparation ✨

First of all I clean the Patato well and after cleaning water inside a pot. Then added patato to it. Boil the patato well for about half an hour so that the patato decomposes well and is easy to mash. When the potato are cooked well, keep them aside and add water to another pot. Then add chicken in it. Cook well that the chicken should be soft and easy to break.

When you see that your chicken is cooked well, separate the chicken pieces and make them in the form of a small pieces. Now take it aside and after removing the skins of the potato, add them to it and you also want to add spices like salt and red chillies, turmeric and dry coriander and green coriander, after adding them, mix it with your fingers. Mix it well with to make a nice smooth paste.

After kneading it well with your fingers, add the chicken to it and mix the small pieces of chicken well in the same paste so that it becomes a good and tasty paste and then with both your hands Make a cutlet in a round shape. If we prepare the cutlet by applying light oil in both our hands, a very good shape can be prepared.


If kept in the fridge for about five to ten minutes, they become very good and then fry easily. Then take a small bowl and add the eggs inside this bowl. Add some salt and beat it well. Then after that turn on the stove and place the tawa on the stove, add oil on top of the tawa, let the oil heat well, on the other side, add the eggs in a bowl and after adding the eggs, add salt and a little black pepper to it. After doing this, place the cutlets one by one on top of the tawa.

Care should be taken that one side is best cooked on a light inch then the next side is replaced. If we flip it at the same time, it will break and get spoiled. Let one side get well browned on a light inch and then let the other side get well browned and cook then you will see. That very delicious patato cutlets will be prepared and your family will eat them with great enthusiasm.

When you see that they are well cooked and browned, let them cook together on a light inch and then take them out and add them to a nice plate and feed them to your family, very delicious. These are prepared and my kids love to eat them.
