Nimtala is an important place in Dinajpur city. It is a place in the middle of the city from the outskirts of the city. You can reach here by rickshaw for 10 taka from the railway station and 10 taka (0.6 steem) from Dinajpur bus terminal. This shop opens at 10 am and prepares dessert items all day long and the process of preparing delicious breakfasts starts in the afternoon which are served hot.

A popular food shop here makes several types of sweet items, curd, rasmalai, pitha, and jilapi, puri, singara for afternoon snacks. It is a completely vegetarian shop. A total of 12 staff work here from preparing the food to serving the food.
There is no seating arrangement here, everyone eats food standing on the side of the road. After finishing eating, one has to throw away the disposable food bowl in the garbage drum nearby. After eating here, one has to drink water from the water drum nearby, it is clean drinking water.
Since there is no seating arrangement and customers have to stand and eat, there is no discipline among them. Sometimes when it is too crowded, one person steps on top of the other or pushes the other. It is more problematic during the rainy season, but at other times it is normal.
