How are you all, I hope everyone is well? Today I am here with another new post. Today I will share with you the details of my favorite street outlet. And this is a very delicious and fun Malai tea shop. And it is located in a street next to Chittagong DC Park. This Malai tea is sold in front of the Deputy Commissioner's bungalow, near Patenga Beach in Chittagong city. It is about 15-20 kilometers from the city center, next to the estuary of the Karnaphuli River.

Here you can see my favorite street food shop is Irani Dum Malaicha. One of my favorite foods is tea and out of this tea, I love Malaicha the most. I really like to eat Malai Chaat from this stall. You can see in the picture the name of this stall is written in big letters on the signboard above where the poster Irani Dum Malaicha is the name of this street food shop. Where you can see they make this tea on a small table using many tools. On top of that they have made this shop using bamboo. Usually speedboat shops are like this. It catches people's eyes while passing by and people are attracted to this street food.

The specialty of this Dum Malai Cha is that they serve this Malai Cha in a clay cup. Usually we drink tea in steel, melamine or glass cups. But here the tea is served in a clay cup. Although it is a personal preference of people, they can also drink tea in a plastic cup, i.e. a one-time tea cup. But those who are a little more adventurous drink tea in a clay cup. Apart from that, they make Malai Cha in a clay cup. However, you have to pay separately for that clay cup. If someone is not willing to pay separately, they can drink tea in a plastic cup. And the price of this Malai Cha was 70 taka. If someone wants to drink that chai in a clay cup, then the price of this tea including the price of the cup is 90 taka.

Here you can see that they have arranged many clay tea cups very beautifully on the table. There are different designs in the clay tea cups, each type of clay tea cup has a different design and the price of the tea is also different. I especially like these clay tea cups. I like clay utensils and dishes a lot because I think they are our ancient tradition. And that is why I really like to drink Malai tea in clay tea cups. I especially like the Malai tea of ​​this shop. They make this tea in a very unique way. They make tea in a completely Iranian way, that is why this tea is named Iranian Dum-Malai tea.

Here you can see that they have prepared many teas in a big pot. As you know, street food is always crowded with people, so they are always busy preparing food. And in this tea shop, quite a lot of tea has been prepared together. So that people can actually sell tea to them. And at this stage you can see the most special step in making this Malai tea. That is, steaming the tea. I have heard and seen steaming in different foods, but here I saw for the first time that tea was steamed. You can see the golden colored vessel. Inside this vessel, Malai tea is steamed. In the picture, you can see the man steaming the Malai tea.

After the tea was steeped, I received a very tasty tea. It was very delicious to eat. After steeping, they sprinkled a little Horlicks powder on the tea and served it and I liked it the most. Among the street foods, I like to eat this Malai tea the most. And the combination of tea with Horlicks was very good when it went into my mouth. Apart from that, the taste of this Malai tea became more extraordinary after steeping this Malai tea. Those of you who live around Chittagong DC Park can try this tea once, it is very tasty.
