Today, I will review a diagnostic and consultation centre in my hometown, Comilla. The Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Comilla branch, is situated in the Tomchom Bridge area of the city. It takes ten minutes to reach the Consultation Diagnostic Centre from my house. At Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, doctors consult and diagnose patients. There are several hospitals and diagnostic centres of Ibn Sina Trust in different cities of Bangladesh. Ibn Sina Trust was established in 1980. It is engaged in medical, educational, charitable and public welfare work in Bangladesh. I have reviewed the diagnostic centre below through the Steem-atlas map.

You will see the Ibn Sina Diagnostic Consultation Centre on Kotbari Road after crossing the Tomchom Bridge in Comilla city. I went to Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre to get some blood tests done. After entering the diagnostic centre, I went to the cash counter. I did not have any money with me, so I first learned about the online payment system from the information desk. Then I submitted the doctor's prescription for my blood test.

Then I completed the payment using my Dutch Bangla Bank ATM card. They gave me a 25% discount on my total amount. Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre offers a 25% discount on all types of blood tests. I was asked to provide a blood sample in room 106, along with a copy of the receipt for the payment. Room 106 at the Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultation Centre in Comilla serves as the blood sample collection room for men, with an adjacent room designated for women.

The customer care room number is 101 on the ground floor of the Diagnostic and Consultation Centre. Doctor's appointments are taken online. I sometimes call the customer care number to make an appointment. However, I easily take a doctor's appointment using the Ibn Sina Trust app. Specialist doctors can be easily found through the app. There is an opportunity to take appointments with doctors of all branches of the country through the app.

Information Desk

There is a label guide banner on the ground floor of Ibn Sina Diagnostic. Descriptions of various units are available up to the seventh floor of the diagnostic centre. A patient can easily find different units by looking at the label guide.

7th Floor	Pathology Laboratory, FNAC, Marketing Department, Unit In-charge and Accounting Department

All types of reports are delivered on the second floor of Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre. Especially on Fridays and weekends, the report delivery section is very crowded. On weekends, the number of doctors and patients is higher in the diagnostic centre. I go to the second floor to collect my blood reports.

Report Delivery

The diagnostic centre has two elevators. One elevator is for the doctors and nurses, and the other is for the patients. I go to the second floor, so I walk up the stairs to the report delivery section.

Visiting cards of all doctors are provided on the ground floor of Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre. You can consult a specialist doctor by looking at the visiting card. I collect visiting cards of some doctors. You have the opportunity to make a selection by reviewing the detailed description of the doctor on their visiting card. The Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre, Comilla branch, features a pharmacy located on the ground floor. A wide range of medicines is available in the pharmacy. The entire diagnostic centre is air-conditioned. Chairs are provided for patients to sit on each floor.

Farmecy

Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre does not have an emergency department because it does not provide hospital facilities. Diagnosis and the doctor's advice are given here. There are beds for carrying elderly and sick patients. There is a provision for drinking pure water on each floor. Patients are not admitted to Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultation Centre; however, there are hospitals affiliated with Ibn Sina Trust where patients are admitted for treatment.

The environment of the diagnostic centre is very beautiful. The doctors, nurses, and other staff at the diagnostic centre are very good. They provide sincere medical facilities to the patients. The medical costs at Ibn Sina Diagnostic Centre are significantly lower compared to other diagnostic centres.
