When dealing with 33 kV VCB(Vacuum circuit breaker) faults
Today, I arrive at the office at 9:00 am and have breakfast. I am an electrical engineer. I have been working on a fault in the electrical substation for the last three days. Today, I will find out the electrical fault and reconnect it. I solved the electrical fault by dividing it into several parts. The work on the 33 kV electrical substation must be done with great patience. First, I check the three poles of VCB with a megger meter. If the megger meter shows a gigohm value, then I will provide an electrical connection. If I obtain a Megger Ohm result, then I will not provide an electrical connection because a Giga Ohm result is required for high-voltage lines.
VCB is a costly device in a 33 KV electrical substation and is very important. I have gained experience in repairing VCB by working in 33 KV substations for the last six years. I got a Giga Ohm result with the Pole Megger meter of VCB, which increased my confidence. Learning to use a Megger meter is crucial for an electrical engineer. When I first joined the job after finishing university, I learned to measure with electrical meters.
Today, I am teaching a technique to achieve a good Megger value in the VCB of a 33 KV substation. When a fault occurs in the electrical high-voltage line due to weather-related humidity, we increase the temperature by using a 200-watt light. If we clean the poles of the VCB, raise the temperature, and measure with a Megger meter, we obtain a gigohm result. If the Mega Ohm value is received with a Megger meter, then it is risky to start the high-voltage line.

I checked the electrical tripping relays well. Electrical tripping relays play a crucial role in preventing electrical accidents. I place the most significant importance on electrical tripping relays in my electrical work. Tripping relays protect me from electrical accidents. There are different types of tripping relays in an electrical substation. I can identify the electrical fault by examining the fault code of the tripping relay. I advise my electrical team to keep the electrical tripping relays operational at all times.
Technique to increase megaohm value by increasing temperature of VCB
I had an electrical voltmeter break before completing the entire work. I had a 110-volt meter. However, the design of VCB requires a 220-volt meter. So my electrical work got delayed. I collected a 220-volt meter and reconnected it. If I had connected a 110-volt meter, it would have broken as soon as I connected it because the input voltage here was 220 volts.
Afternoon, I finished the electrical work on the substation and connected it. After establishing the electrical connection, production begins. We have been working successfully with my electrical team for the last three days, so we took a selfie. When an electrical problem is solved, we feel a sense of peace of mind because we have achieved success in our work. We work very closely on high-voltage lines. Due to one of our carelessness, a major accident occurred.
After work, I went to my electrical team.
Our company produces rods. After we supply electricity, billet production starts. Iron is melted to make billets. Billets are produced into rods through various processes. Rod production units require a lot of electricity. We are always ready to provide an uninterrupted power supply to the power unit. Since we started duty after the Eid holidays, there have been a few electrical faults. There has never been an electrical fault in a month.

After the evening, I go home from the office and take some rest. Then, I write and submit a blog on the Steemit platform. Then I eat at 11:00 PM and go to sleep because I am very tired from working on electrical work for a few days today.
