Anaaj Café was established back in 2008 Since then this café has been serving the students and visitors of the university Though no official historical record is available every student of IIUI is aware that this café has become more than just a food point – it is a part of their university life a place where countless memories are created every single day

Dedicated Staff and Management

One of the reasons behind the success of Anaaj Café is its dedicated staff Around 20 employees are working here with complete sincerity

• 2 members manage the main counter
• 2 persons handle the tuck shop
• 4 tea makers prepare endless cups of tea for students
• 3 cooks serve curries and snacks
• 4 waiters provide service to customers
• 2 persons prepare naan roti
• 1 person makes juices
• The rest prepare samosas rolls and other items

This proper division of responsibilities makes the service quick and smooth even at rush hours when hundreds of students are present

Anaaj Café is a place where hundreds of students gather every day Though there is no indoor section the outdoor sitting arrangements are well maintained

• Cleanliness is given special importance
• Seating capacity for around 100 people at a time
• A small mosque is also present accommodating 10–15 people – which is a rare and admirable facility for any café
