Next of kin means your closest family membered or relatives who can takes care of your things and decisions when you are not ables to do it yourself. This person is someone you trust deeply. A next of kin is usually your mother father husband wife brother sister or child. If a person dies or is very sick and cannot speak the hospital bank or government may ask who their next of kin is. This person will then make decisions or receive their money property or other things. For example if a person is in a coma and the doctor needs permission to do surgery the next of kin will give the answer. If a person dies without writing a will the next of kin may get their house bank savings or land. That is why having a next of kin is very important in both life and death situations.

I believe it is important to have a next of kin. Life is a gifts but it is also fulls of surprises. No one knows what wills happened tomorrow. Some people say “Enjoy everything now. Don’t worry about the future.” But that is not a wise way to live. It is good to enjoy your life but it is also important to think about the people you love. If you use everything while you are alive and don’t think about your next of kin then your family may suffer after you are gone. Your property or money may go to the wrong person or even to the government. Your loved ones may have nothing left. This can cause sadness fights and stress in the family. So yes eat well live happily but also make a good plan. Naming a next of kin shows love and care for your family. It helps them in times of pain and difficulty. It brings peace to your heart knowing your family is protected.

Yes there are some important things to think about before choosing your next of kin. First the person should be close to you in relationship and also in love. Just being a blood relative is not enough. You must choose someone who:
