Today I will share with you a review of a hardware store in our area. The name of this hardware store is Rangdhanu Hardware and Electric. It is located in the Katherpul area of Fatula upazila of Narayanganj district. This store has been here for almost many years, as it is right next to the main road, customers easily notice this store and they are attracted to it. This store is very small in size but there is no shortage of products here, all types of hardware products are available here. Despite the fact that the store is small, the number of customers here is not less, almost many people come to buy their necessary products. However, since this store is next to the road, the number of customers here is more most of the time.

Everything is available in this store. For example: paint, brushes, screws, pipes, tools, electrical items, there are also many items including basing, tape, faucets etc. Each thing is very important to complete our house work. Nowadays every house needs these, paint is needed to make our house beautiful. Also, many types of electronic products are more necessary to complete the electronic work. We can buy all these types of products from this store if we want, since all the products are in one store, we will not have much trouble and will not waste much time. The quality of all the products in this store is very good, each product is durable and they sell all the products at very reasonable prices. No duplicate products are sold in this store and they are very careful about these things. The owner of the store always tries to buy and sell original and good products.

The prices of the products here are not very low compared to the market price, but they are affordable. You can easily buy the very good products you need at a low price. If you buy a lot of products from this store at once, then they will try to give you the goods at wholesale prices. Also, if you buy less products, then they will try to keep it as low as possible. You will always get all kinds of necessary products in this store because they try to bring everything back within a few days of the end of the products. Because these products are sold in large quantities almost every day, if they cannot bring new products before the stock runs out, then they will lose, so they try to keep everything in the store for some time.

This store is run by two people, one is the owner of the store and the other is the son of the owner. When the owner is in the store, his son is not there and when the owner is at work, his son sits in the store and looks after everything. Both of them have very good behavior, they always treat the customers politely and try to provide the products as per the customers’ requirements. That is why the customers like their service and always come to this shop. Also, they explain everything to the customers about the advantages and disadvantages of their products very well. Sometimes if any product is found to be damaged after taking it from here, they replace it. Due to these reasons, the number of customers in this store is increasing day by day.

They arrange each product in the store very nicely so that the customers do not have any problem in finding them. They have arranged everything in such a way that all the products are available at their fingertips as soon as they are searched. Due to this, they can easily find the necessary items of the customers in a short time. There are very big and long steel shelves in the shop, on which the items are arranged in rows. Whenever I need a product for hardware, I buy from this store.

Since the store is very small, transactions are only done through cash, there is no facility to pay through bKash or any other means. Even though the store is so small, they have arranged it very neatly and have a lot of items in their collection. So we can buy our required products from one store without any hassle. There are many stores where if we get one item, the other one is not available. Due to which we have to go through a lot of suffering, having to go to other stores to look for those items. So I think this store is best for us because all types of products are available here.
