Where is it located and how to reach here?
The first food shop that I will review today is located in Jurain, the capital of Dhaka. The shop can be seen on the right side of the road after a 3–5-minute walk from Jurain Railgate.
The busiest area is Jurain. Thousands of people walk on this road every day, and the shop was opened to meet the food needs of the people walking on the road.
I am in a street food shop.
From any place, if you come to Jurain Railgate or Bikrampur Plaza and walk 3-5 minutes from there, you will see the shop on the right side. This is a canopy shop built on the sidewalk of the road.

The shop I am reviewing on the side of the road, although it is located on the footpath, still has a name. The name of the first food shop is "Alhamdulillah-Parents Prayer." Two educated siblings started the shop three years ago. The siblings started this first food business with the humane intention of providing tasty news without expecting a job for both of them.

To start the business, they saved a place where thousands of people pass by every day. Although the surrounding area is not very clean, everything in their shop is tasteful and clean.

They start their business from 12 noon and continue their business until 11 pm without a break. All the items of their business are mainly prepared and brought from home. The shop only uses steam to fill and serve.
They did not rely on any employee to run the business; they both do all the responsibilities of the shop, heating the food, serving it, and cleaning the plates.

Most of the food is prepared inside the house. The shopkeeper's mother and an assistant work there.
What are the facilities like? Seating arrangements, safe water, cleanliness, etc.
The seating arrangements at the fast-food stalls on the side of the road are not very good. Even here, there is seating, but it is not of very good quality. Two benches have been placed side by side, and three customers can sit on each bench. Then, when it gets crowded, they stand and eat. However, when my mother visited the shop, I found it completely empty.

The shop has a system of pure water to meet the water demand after meals, a medium-quality filter machine is installed, but there is a system of bottled water for those customers who cannot be satisfied with this water.

The environment around the shop is not very clean. Because thousands of people pass by the shop every day, on the other side of the shop, there are various food shops, vegetable shops, and fruit shops. All in all, it can be called a very busy area.

The electricity line required for the shop does not have a meter. The electricity it consumes is used from the government line nearby. The electricity bill is paid by calculating the estimate every month.

The food quality is quite good, even though the shop is on the sidewalk. Whenever I pass by this road, I eat food from now on and take food for the kids. The shop does not sell many items, but whatever it sells, it is prepared by the man. Especially the chow mein and momo here are my favorite dishes.

Today I came to the street shop to buy chowmein. Chowmein was ready to be made. After I placed the order, they let me heat it in the microwave. I kept waiting. When the food arrived hot, they packed it in a one-time box and packed it with a delicious sauce. I took the food and left the store.

In my experience, the behavior of the shopkeepers of the fast-food shops on the side of the road, although not rough, is not very sincere, but this is the specialty of this shop.
