My favorite shop, "Jai Shri Petha and Namkeen," Meerut.

Thanks to @mohammadfaisal who taught me how to pin on Steam-Atlas, it was like climbing a mountain for me and I wasted a lot of my time and could not participate in any Steam-Atlas contest.

Today I want to tell you about my favorite shop, "Jai Shri Petha and Namkeen," located at 6 Suraj Kund Road, Meerut.

Where is it located and how to get there?

This shop is located in a location devoid of any commercial activity. It's just 500-600 meters from my residence, about 300 meters from Suraj Kund Park, a famous park in Meerut with historical significance. This area is known for its sports industry, where world-class sports equipment is manufactured and sold. Sports equipment is exported from here all over the world. I didn't have to do anything special to reach this shop; it's located on my route.

Please provide a brief history of the shop, its founder, its establishment period, and any available media.

This shop was started in 1989. Its owners initially started making sweets made from petha (a type of pumpkin) and also made Boondi laddus and sold them in shops. The owner's name is Mr. Vishal Sharma, his contact number is +91-9456893004. Initially, their business progressed very slowly, but they never gave up. Agra, home to the world-famous Taj Mahal, is famous for petha and its sweets. However, the owner of this shop, "Jai Shri Petha and Namkeen," demonstrated great courage and established this business in Meerut and achieved fame.

Give a clear description of their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?

Today, this shop has grown into a large shop selling various sweets, namkeens, biscuits, ice creams, cold drinks, and confectionery made from petha. Every day, people come here. Sales of 50-60,000 rupees are generated. This shop employs approximately 20 employees, half of whom manufacture sweets, snacks, biscuits, cakes, and other items. The remaining staff manage the sales counters. They have now also established seating arrangements for pizzas, burgers, tikkis, and other sweets.

How are the facilities? Electrical, security, and cleanliness?

All of their facilities are excellent. The shop has excellent electrical, air conditioning, lighting, and cleanliness.

Describe the atmosphere.

This shop is a very quiet place, with no other commercial activity nearby. The world-famous Nauchandi Fair is held approximately 700 meters away from this shop every month in May. This fair lasts for 30-40 days. During those days, the road is very busy. Yes, otherwise it's not very crowded. The public likes it because there's ample parking space near the shop.

Provide clear information about the quality of the food/products, reviews, and pricing. At least, it should be converted to the steam price in your currency.

All their food is delicious and looks great. They don't compromise on the quality of any of their products. Based on 35 years of experience, I can say that I've never heard a single complaint about any of their products. This is why their reputation is etched in Meerut's history.

If there's a product catalog, provide it. It's best to provide an idea of the name and price.

There's no printed price list in this shop; only the prices are listed next to each item. And there are countless items in this shop; it's impossible to quote prices for all of them; the list would become too long.

They don't offer any discounts on any of their products, and no one exchanges food items once they're delivered. However, their rates are very affordable and appeal to everyone.

I've been shopping at this store for almost 35 years. All the employees are good-natured, their products are of high quality, and they are delicious and nutritious. They adhere to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety. They don't use any adulterated or substandard food.

If you could add something more interesting to enhance the uniqueness of this post, we'd appreciate it.

I've already written almost everything about my favorite shop, "Jai Shri Petha and Namkeen," in my post. But when I need to add something interesting, I'd simply say that the founder of this store started this business with a huge risk, using an innovative experiment. After facing many ups and downs, with patience, dedication, hard work, and honesty, he won the hearts of customers and brought the business to the heights it is today.
