Pride of my city "MIRCHI SETH" Chinese Food

First of all, I have no hesitation in telling you that I am a resident of the National Capital Region of India, and our region is called the region of the citizens of Northern India. The people of Northern India are very fond of eating and drinking. Our city is full of street food, restaurants, food courts, bars and restaurants, big hotels, although our city has a large range of various delicious vegetarian, non-vegetarian restaurants, but apart from this, now there are many people in our country who like Chinese food.

I do not know how many hotels, restaurants, and street food carts of Chinese food are there in my city, but all of them are busy with the crowd of customers. Among these, I would like to tell you about a very famous street food "Mirchi Seth" which makes and supplies takeaway delicious dishes.

Where is it located and how to reach here?

It is located at a distance of only 600 meters from my house. My granddaughter, grandson and daughter-in-law love to eat Chinese food. At my house, three days a week, such food is either ordered from "Mirchi Seth" through online apps like "Swiggy", "Zomato" etc. or my son gets it packed while returning from his office.

It is located at the main gate of the famous Victoria Park of our city and its main working hours start in the evening. My grandson takes cricket coaching in this park, which is also known as "Bhamashah Stadium". And anyway, foodies reach famous places to eat and drink.

Give a brief history of this place, its founder, establishment period, and if any medium of communication is available, then its details.

It was established about 10-12 years ago by a local businessman. I could not find out the name of its owner or founder. However, they have their own Facebook and Instagram IDs. The Facebook ID is seth.mirchi.seth and on Instagram it is mirchi.seth. Their contact information is mentioned on the back of their main list. I am attaching its photo.

Give a clear description of their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?

They have about 10-12 employees. Some of them prepare the food, some stand there and pack the food for the people who eat and takeaway and some employees receive money and give receipts from the computer. All the dishes are given to the customer only after receiving money at the payment counter. The payment receipt has two parts, one remains with the customer and the other goes to the employees who prepare the food inside. There is a continuous stream of customers here in the evening. Sometimes customers have to wait for a long time.

How are the facilities? Seating arrangements, safe water, cleanliness, etc.

Since their main business is take away and delivery, they have not made much arrangements for sitting here, but there are many people who eat standing, eating by placing them on their two wheelers, or sitting in their cars. Cleanliness is taken great care of, there is a provision of providing sealed bottled water or filtered water for drinking.

Give details of the environment there. Natural, electricity, other...

The environment here is very calm, it is located on a road which is not very busy in the evening, and no big transport vehicle passes from there, in front of it is the main gate of the most posh colony of our city, about 10000 people live in the colony, there are many good colonies at a distance of 500-600 meters around this outlet. They have taken electricity connection from electricity department, and apart from this they also have their own inverter system.

Give a clear description of the food taste, reviews and prices. At least it should be converted to steam price with your currency.

The taste of their food is very delicious, that is why they are very popular, they make most of the dishes vegetarian but keeping in mind the choice of some customers, chicken meat is also used in some dishes. They have around 40-50 dishes, it is not possible to give the price of all of them, but for this I am attaching the photo of their menu rate card. Their dishes are available between Rs 100 to Rs 400 (current steam price is between 8 to 32).

If possible, review the food preparation process.

Their food preparation processes are very secretive, and it is prohibited to enter the food preparation section, all the cooks work with their own excreta inside the manufacturing room, so I am unable to give its details.
If there is a menu list, please present it. It would be better to give an idea of the name and price.

I am presenting the photos of their menu card, rate card, their prices are very cheap and within the reach of common man, poor and rich all happily accept these prices. These prices are very simple and normal due to the special taste of their food.

Food service management, food quality, service quality, etc.

The food management, food quality of this outlet is very praiseworthy, from the common poor and weak of the city to the millionaire people also praise its dishes with relish. They are completely trusted due to their cleanliness, excellent packing, and use of high quality food materials.

Regarding service, all I have to say is that the behaviour of their employees towards customers is very balanced and polite. They do not consider any customer as ordinary or special, they treat everyone with a sense of business dedication.

In my city Meerut, despite the availability of many vegetarian, non-vegetarian, South Indian, Chinese, intercontinental food, this street food has made a poisonous place among the people here. Their daily business goes up to about 100000 or 120000 rupees [8000 to 10000 steem]. Despite such a big business, the local residents there have no complaints with them. Everything is going on peacefully and systematically.
