Landlord is person who have legal rights to make any decisions to take about their property. When anyone take house or shop on rent so they have to follow rules of landlord because landlord is authorised to evict them with legal notice if any tenant break rules. Now a days, Government has given more rights to landlord.

How long have you stayed in someone's house? Was the place favorable, or did you manage?

My whole life is passing on rent basis. As I remember, Since when I was 5 years, We moved to rent house and now I am 39 years and still I am living in rent house. Even my shop is also on rent since 1960. So our life is fully based on rent.

I live in rented home which is situated at very dirty location. There is big drain river of dirt infront of my house and in rainy days, that dirty water floods overflow and come into house, I am just managing this house because of I don't have enough money to change this house or I don't have money to buy my own home.

It is worst to have rented home like this. Let's see when God will listen and give me my own home.

Do you think it's wise to stay in the same compound with your landlord?

No ! It will be more worst situation because landlord always stand at your head and they have full control on you further no reason. Your privacy will be mess up.

Luckily, I don't live in same compound with my landlord. They live far from my place, So I have full control to go out or to come in at any time. My privacy does not get affected which is good for me.

I don't know the legal rights of tenant and landlord so I can not say clearly what is right or wrong. According to me, Landlord is owner so only they should have legal rights to make any decisions against their property..

Now in India, Government has changed some rules in Tennant act, but I believe they have given more power to landlord but this is also reality that all landlords are not good, they don't even coperate with their Tennant so in this way Tennant must have some rights

Do you think the tenant has the right to sue the landlord over negligence of his responsibilities?/div>
In this beautiful contest I would like to invite @mvchacin, @chant, @lhorgic

THANK YOU
