I remember, I was in big tension because I was out of cash and was searching on Google to find some legit ways to make money online.

I work on Steemit as per my convenience time. I work in Shop which is my primary source of income and I am on Steemit to make some extra cash for my extra needs and extra expenses.

Steemit helped me a lot, Last year marriage of my wife's sister held on and I was out of cash, in that moment I withdrew money 💰 from my Steemit wallet. No, to be very honest, Steemit does not meet my expectations because earning potential is low, According to me, No one can depend on Steemit only because here We give time to write long articles but we are not sure that we will get upvotes or not .. Sometimes many posts go to drain without earning so it is painful.

Yes changes are needed!! First if users are more and votes are less so close registration form for more members, atleast people who are spending their time from many years, they can get benefits.

Design a system like this if people are posting good so they can get some fix vote so atleast their hardwork will not go to drain + extra rewards as it goes normally here...

Withdrawal process should be fast, Think about it when you wake up and see Steemit coin price is touching $10 per coin and You at once start power down but it will take 1 month to arrive in your wallet and till then price will go drop to $0.10 per coin . So if it is market based so why does it take 1 month ?
