As a herbalist, I am going to share its benefits with you so that you too can know how many benefits it has. Interestingly, its season is currently underway in Pakistan and there are many mango orchards in the city of Multan in Pakistan. That is why Multan is also called the city of mangoes. So let's move on to its medical benefits.

Introduction

It is a famous and common fruit. People all over the world are familiar with it and love to eat it. In English, it is called mango and in Urdu, it is called aam. Rather, it is a great asset of our country Pakistan and by sending it abroad, farmers who plant its gardens earn a lot of capital. There are two major types of it, one is called desi and the other is called qalmi and apart from that, there are countless other types. qalmi is very sweet and is liked. The following more types are found in qalmi, which include Langra, Do Sehri, Safida or Safid Chonsa, Anwar, Ratol and Saharanpuri. These are all extremely sweet and delicious types of mangoes that are found in Pakistan.

This is the best summer fruit, its juice is very sweet and the fact is that it is life itself. It is certainly the king of all fruits due to its strength and nutrients. In my area of Pakistan, it is produced in abundance. Even the poorest of the poor eat it to their full stomach, but in some places, the soul itself is born. Such a mango is called the queen of mangoes. Its taste is also very sweet. The fun thing is that there are mangoes of every taste: sharp sweet, mild sweet, sour, very sour, and all of them have different tastes. Usually, cooked mangoes are sweet, and the raw mangoes are sour, and raw mangoes are also used as pickles, and this process has been going on for centuries, and its pickles are sent all over the world.

The Mango tree is very large and is an evergreen tree that remains green all year round. Apart from its fruit, all the parts of this tree play a very important role in medicine. The Am tree's leaves, fruit, kernels, gum, etc. are all useful in their own way.
The ripe mango is yellow in color and the unripe mango is green in color.

Benefits

Its use chemically increases the production of heat in the blood and also creates thinness in the blood. It gives great strength to the kidneys and liver and is very nutritious for all the glands in the body. It improves digestion, due to which the stool comes out freely and plays a very important role in maintaining heat in the human body. It makes the body fat. If thin people use it continuously, their thinness disappears. With its use, bile starts to be produced in the body and all the diseases due to lack of bile disappear.

It has a warming effect, meaning that it contains more heat and less cold, which can also be said to be 75 percent heat and 25 percent cold. A large amount of sulfur is naturally present in ripe mangoes, and along with this, it is also very sweet, which creates heat in the blood, which is excreted through the kidneys. If mangoes are eaten in excess, sometimes there is a burning sensation in the urine, so the treatment for this is to drink milk lassi, but it is not necessary to drink lassi every time mangoes are eaten. Unless there is a burning sensation in the urine, do not use lassi at all.

If lassi is drunk every time you eat a meal, the nutrition and strength it provides are lost. You can also drink tea after eating a meal, which does not cause any harm. The flowers, leaves, gum, bark, etc. of the amaranth are very useful in everything from sore throats to inflammation of the glands of the intestines, which can be given in the form of Joshanda Sufouf(Powder), etc. It is a soothing medicine for intestinal wounds, which plays an important role in healing these wounds as soon as possible.

Mango is a summer fruit and it is very difficult to find it in other seasons, so I have prepared a few of its mixtures in Herbalist. When the time comes, I use it. These include mango pickle, mango jam, etc., and mango sweet sauce, mango squash, etc. These are daily use items that are available in every season. Apart from these, mango seeds can be found in every season. It is burned in a fire and its pulp is extracted and made into a paste. It is used for weakness of the intestines and bowels, which is very useful.

In Pakistan, there are juice corners in the markets where fresh mango juice is available. I have also made a similar juice, which you can see in these pictures. This juice contains milk, sugar and mango, the peel of which is removed and the pit is removed. The remaining pulp is put in it and the juice is prepared in the well-known way by putting it in a juicer machine, which looks very tasty and delicious.

I hope all of you friends will like this post of mine, so now I would like to ask your permission. See you with a new interesting herbal post.

Walaikum Assalam .Such a lovely and detailed post about mangoes 🥭. I really enjoyed reading it, especially because my mother’s grandparents were from Multan and they had mango gardens there. They used to send us fresh mangoes every season, so your post brought back so many sweet memories. Truly, Multan mangoes are the best, and you explained their benefits so nicely.🌼🌟🤗
