1- What do you understand by Fried Appetizers?
Fried Appetizers are small dishes that are served before a meal to whet the appetite. Fried means a dish that is salty and spicy but not sweet. These include kebabs, takes, pakoras, samosas, and chicken wings etc, which are usually served to guests before a meal to whet their appetite. These are called Fried Appetizers.
2- Make any one fried appetizer from given recipes in detailstep by step withpictures . You can add filling or ingredients of your choice too.
Ingredients
- Potatoes -1kg
- Green Chili - As your taste
- Chickpeas - 100 grams
- Spinach leaves - some
- Tomatoes - As your taste

First, I washed the lentils thoroughly with water. Then I put them in a pot of water and put them on the stove to boil. I also put the chickpeas in a separate pot and put them in water and put them on the stove to boil. When both of these things were boiled well and became soft, I took them off the heat and waited for them to cool down.

Now that the potatoes and Chickpeas were boiled, I peeled the potatoes and put the lentils in a pan and finely chopped them. I also washed some spinach leaves and put them with them so that the taste of this recipe could be further enhanced.

Now finely chop the tomatoes, green chillies, onion and spinach. In the picture, you can see the tomatoes, onion, green chillies and spinach in small pieces in a separate basket.

- Flour(Midah) - 1kg
- Ghee - 4 Table spoon
- Cumin - 1 Table spoon
- Red chili thick and thin- As your taste
- Turmeric - As your taste
- dried coriander - As your taste
- Salt - As your taste

First, sift the flour, then add ghee and roasted cumin seeds to it, and start kneading it by adding water as needed so that it can be used to make a cover to pack the samosas.

Now I mixed the boiled potatoes and the boiled lentils which were finely chopped and added all the spices including dry and green ones and also added salt to taste and mixed it all well so that all the things become one. Now I put all of them in a pot and added a little ghee and put it on the fire and roasted it a little so that the taste increases even more.

The flour was ready and roasted cumin seeds were added to it so that the dough would rise even more and the eater would keep eating. Now, it was made into small, round, ball-shaped patties so that they could be rolled out thinly with the help of a rolling pin and used.

Now, with the help of a rolling pin, I had made thin round pieces of it, which I cut into triangular shapes. The spices I had prepared, which included potatoes, lentils and chickpeas, had now become very tasty. I started stuffing them into triangular-shaped samosas and at the same time, I kept adding water and packing them so that the spices could not come out.

Now I took a frying pan and put oil in it and lit the fire below. When the oil got completely hot, I put the samosas in it and started frying them. The aroma was spreading all around because so many tasty samosas were being prepared. Now these small samosas which could be eaten in a single bite were ready. You can see them in the picture. They have to be kept in the oil for so long so that it turns brown.

I have prepared tomato ketchup and cumin yogurt raita to eat them, which has made their taste even more delicious, and I have used cucumber as a salad.
And I have also written my name and date on a simple piece of paper and kept it with me as per the requirement.

Here are some examples of Savory Appetizers that I often like and my children also eat these things with enthusiasm. For example, Pakoras, Chicken Wings, Potato Rolls, Chicken Skewers, Kebabs, etc. are examples of this.
