You will have to wait a little. After waiting a little, you will get a notification that your image will be ready and you can see it. For this, you will just stay in your same chat and your image will be displayed in front of you.

You will only see one image that you have prompted, but it gives you three to four more images in extras, which we have to pick from its library. To view this library, you have to click on the three lines on the top left. After clicking there, you will see more options.

From here, you have to select the visible library option. As soon as you select it, your remaining images will also be shown to you. Here you are seeing a total of four images. Thus, ChatGPT has a choice. It can make you more than four or less than four. So if you want to see any image in Extras, you can look in your library. In this way, you will get about three to four images in a single prompt.
