Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today I am going to prepare Carrot Semolina Pudding, which we will prepare with the help of carrots. Carrot is a vegetable, so we will use this vegetable as this dessert. So let's see how we can make the recipe. Let's move on to our main process.

Carrot Samolina Pudding

Ingredients

To prepare it, we need seven things. Along with these seven things, we also need mixed dry fruits, which we will use for garnish or to put inside it. All the ingredients used in it are as follows:

Carrot 1 KG
Semolina 1/4 KG
Milk 1 KG
Careem 4 Tablespoons
Oil 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Mix Dry Fruit, Coconut, Raisins, Almonds, Dates

Process

The first step is to take the carrots, peel them well from the top, then wash them with clean water and dry them well.

Our second step is to grate the carrots that we have cleaned well. We have to grate them well. You can chop them using any of the halves so that they become fine. When we put them in milk, they can cook well and easily.

In the next process, we have to take a pot, pour milk into it, and place it on the stove. We have to heat this milk, and at the same time, we have to mix our chopped carrots into it and start cooking it properly.

It has to be cooked until the milk in it dries up and everything is mixed. Now, in the meantime, we will add cream to it. We are using cream for the best test and for strength. You can also use cream from the market. I am using homemade cream.

So now we have to dry it properly. When the milk is completely dry and all the ingredients are mixed, then we have to turn off the flame.

Our next step is that we have to take another vessel, pour a cup of oil into this vessel, and heat this oil well. While heating it, we have to put semolina in it and mix the semolina well in it, and keep stirring it.

We have to beat it until the color of the semolina turns brown. When it turns brown, then you have to add the carrot paste that we made separately to the milk. After adding it, you have to stir it well.

Now we have to add sugar to it. When we mix it well, after mixing it, we have to add sugar to a cup, after adding sugar, we have to mix it well again, and cook it for three to four minutes.

The carrots we have were already cooked in milk. Now, here we had also heated the semolina in advance. Now we have to add sugar and cook it for two to three minutes. Finally, we will have this pudding ready.

To garnish it, I have used some dry fruits, including almonds, coconut, raisins, and dates. With a mixture of all these things, we have to garnish it in a good way.

This is how our dessert will be prepared, which we have made by mixing carrots, semolina, and milk, and it is very delicious.

I did not face any problem while preparing this recipe because it is very easy to prepare. We prepare it using carrots, semolina, and milk, and it is a very easy method. As you can see in my recipe, I have shared the entire method, and there is nothing difficult in it. This recipe is very easy to prepare.
