The Diary Game | My Second Day Tour: Islamabad, Margalla Hills & Rawalpindi - 31/08/2025

Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives this is the second day of my tour when we returned from Murree to Islamabad as I have told you before that in Murree we visited Nathiagali, Ayubiyagali, Patriata and then we stayed there for the night on Mall Road now the next morning we left from there and headed straight towards Islamabad because there are some such points in Islamabad too which we wanted to visit.

After preparing for a journey of about an hour and a half, we finally reached Islamabad. We had to visit Faisal Mosque, so to visit Faisal Mosque, we entered Islamabad and put the location of Faisal Mosque on our mobile phone, and through its location, we reached the famous and historical mosque of Islamabad, Pakistan, which is just below the Margalla Hills.

Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan, and this capital has been made very beautiful. This mosque has also been made very beautiful. We parked our car there in the parking lot and then entered the hall of the mosque.

Cameramen are already roaming around here a lot because they know that people come here for a visit and they take their aesthetic pictures, so they have high-quality cameras and they click our pictures. We also talked to one of them. Since we didn't want to buy paint for our pictures, we got those images cheaply. All of us friends stood there and took our pictures with the Faisal Mosque. After making the pictures, we transferred them to our mobiles.

After visiting Faisal Mosque, we were hungry because we had not even had breakfast in the morning. We left early because we had to visit Islamabad, so we thought that the sooner we go, the more things we will explore, so we did not have breakfast. Now we were very hungry, so we set the location of G10 Phase from here and reached there.

In the G10 Phase, we reached Shahji Brost, which is a famous restaurant here. Their branches are located in different areas. We went and sat at Shahji Restaurant, and after going there, we ordered a white kadai.

Since their dal is known to be very good and very tasty, we ordered a plate of dal with white rice so that we could eat our fill.

When we placed our order, the waiter told us that it would take 20 to 25 minutes for the order to be delivered. We waited for that long and took some photos.

We waited here for some time. After waiting, we had our food, we enjoyed white curry and da,l, and thus we were completely refreshed. Now our next tour was to the Margalla Hills, which are right in front of the Faisal Mosque.

The height of the Margalla Hills is higher than the Murree Mountains. Only a person with courage can go here. If there is a good and excellent driver, only he can take the car up because the climb is very high and steep.

We started our journey and started journey to Margar Hill. We covered a distance of about 10 to 15 minutes, and we had just reached halfway to the hill. There is a point where we stood and took our photography because we could stand there and see the whole of Islamabad. This is a point from where you can see the whole of Islamabad, Margalla Dam, and all the big restaurants and malls.

There are two to three points along the way where you can stand and enjoy the high winds, and also see the entire Islamabad at a glance. So we also stood at these two to three points and took pictures, and enjoyed this movement.

Then we moved forward. As we were moving forward, the clouds were approaching,s, and the rainy season was setting in. Because we were moving towards the height where there are clouds, we reached a point where the boundaries of Punjab would end and the boundaries of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would begin. This was the first time we had the opportunity to go to another province. We stood there and took our pictures. The weather there had also become very dry. It was raining lightly.

Since the rain had started to fall heavily, we were afraid of a landslide, so we decided to move forward quickly. As we moved forward, we came across Dino Valley, which is a famous valley here that is only for families. We went there and explored it, and we were sad that we had traveled so much to reach this Dino Valley, but we could not enter because it was made only for families.

We did not think of going beyond Dino Valley because beyond it, we would go towards another area, towards Abbottabad. Since there was no good point ahead, we turned back from there and stopped at the place where the Monal Restaurant was. There used to be a beautiful Monal Restaurant here, which was very high up, and it was built at a peak point where the whole of Islamabad was visible. People used to come here to eat and enjoy seeing the whole of Islamabad, but for some reason, this Monal Restaurant was destroyed.

We stayed at a place her,e and from there we thought that we would go hiking here because we were very fond of hiking and we did not have all the resources, but we parked the car at the place where the track was built, so we climbed up the mountain through this track, and after hiking for some time, we returned from there.

Since we were quite tired, we had to go back, so we returned to Islamabad. After returning, we booked a room there and stayed there for some time. After we freshened up again, after freshening up, we left there at night and reached Rawalpindi.

There is a famous market in Rawalpindi, which we know as Sewak Market or Sewak Chowk. There you will see every kind of brand and every kind of business. We went there to meet our friend, chatted with him, and then we went straight to KFC.

We went to KFC and ordered a deal. This deal included three zinger burgers, three nuggets, some drinks, etc., and ice cream. After ordering this, we reached our table number four, which we had already received, and our order reached us in about 15 minutes.

We sat at KFC and enjoyed all these things. After enjoying them, we were very tired, so we wanted to rest. We reached Islamabad directly from Rawalpindi, where we had booked our room. After entering the room, we all freshened up and went to sleep.

Let me explain one thing to you: when we went on a visit, we had different types of mobile phones there, so pictures were being taken from each mobile phone, so you will see a slight difference in our pictures. Therefore, let me clarify to you that all these pictures are our own and were taken from our own mobile phones.
