"One Picture And One Story Week #97"
Today I am to participate on the contest"One Picture And One Story Week #97" by @suboohi. This competition is also a lovely way of sharing a good picture with its own life story. Each one has a story, memory and feeling behind it, and I'm very happy to share them with you here in this post.

It was a love story between Daniel and Sophia, and was beautiful. They hoped to raise up Emily in a good home with a lot of laughter. Daniel was insanely in love with Sophia, they were going to have a future together. But over time, small disagreements grew into daily arguments. Daniel had withdrawn, focusing on work, and Sophia felt the burden of loneliness even within her own marriage. Their unsaid words became silence and silence became walls between them.
At this point they are different, where Daniel has his arms crossed across his chest with the silent pride and regret, and Sophia is gripping the hand of Emily at the crossroads between her pain and her daughter innocence. Between all of this shatteredness stood their innocent daughter, Emily. She didn’t understand exactly why her parents were no longer smiling at each other or why her father often left with folded arms. She only knew that she loved them both too well. She’d grasp her mother’s hand tightly and look up to her father, hoping that one of these days he’d swing around and hold her hand too, so they could all be a family again.
To Emily the family is togetherness. Love, for Emily, was simple: She wanted these people to stop being two separate worlds and return to one. But for Daniel and Sophia, the damage went too deep. The family was torn asunder, and in the small girl a dream of cure had survived.
The parting as such can be at times the most painful part of a broken family, but the innocent heart of the children who are caught in the middle.
