This is located on Basurhat Road in dagonbhuiyan Bazar, Feni District and to go there you have to come forward a little from Zero Point and when you look forward a little towards Basurhat Road, you can see it and it is located in a very large area

This is not a local chain, it is an international brand and it is in different districts and upazilas of Bangladesh. The one we have here is a bit small, but the showrooms in other places are much bigger and there are many things there

In terms of product variety, everything here is a branded product and they do not sell any local products here, they sell everything that is available here, they sell everything under the brand name, at the same time they have their own brand, they sell them here

In this case, they try to sell everything fresh, at the same time, they always sell branded products here, so there is no such product that is not fresh here, in this case, there is no such thing in the cosmetic store, there are some small cosmetics that people usually use.

4.Pricing and Discounts

When it comes to price and discount, there are some others that have to be sold at the price of MRP, but there are some products that give discounts on their own and sometimes they organize discounts among the supermarket's own products here. Even today, when I went here, I first saw that there are discount products here, the products that people usually use are the same. There are many premium products along with them

They have a membership card here and not everyone has this membership card. Those who get this membership card get a little extra discount. If there is a discount on a product, they get more discount than when there is a membership card.

5.Quality and Freshness

They used to sell fresh fruits, vegetables and meat in the past but now when I went here today they said that they don't sell their IDs anymore but when I went there last time I saw that they were selling beef on offer which was much less than the market itself. It is located in a very nice environment and they don't sell expired products and they mark them and throw them away before the expiration date. They have maintained hygiene very well.

6.Customer Service

Their customer service is very good. They treat everyone very well. When I went there, I was the only customer and the first customer, so they treated me very well and answered all the questions I asked them very nicely.

I didn't like the speed that much. Even though I was the only and first customer, they were working a little sluggishly, but other times I went there, they tried to work much faster because there were many customers.

7.Facilities and Amenities

There is not that much parking space. There is only a place in front where small cars i.e. bikes and bicycles can pass there. There are some small toll booths but there was no rest area. It was all theirs.

They have guides for the elderly and the disabled and the people who work here try to guide the disabled and the elderly well and treat them very well.

8.Hygiene and Safety

Everything was arranged very nicely and they maintained so much hygiene that there is no dust or dirt on any product which I liked a lot and talking about safety it is being controlled by many CCTV cameras around and I saw a manager monitoring everything inside a room.

9.Personal Experience

I like these very much. When I go to my college, I still see it and sometimes I go here. There are some products which are usually not available in small shops. Even in big shops, those products are not available. Then I come here and I get my product from here which is very important to me. I like it more

When it comes to memorable shopping experiences, this is one of my favorite places. It feels good to walk here and all the products around here are imported and some products are available here which are not available in other stores. Whenever I saw this contest, it came to my mind and I came to share it.

• NOTE: I was able to take a few photographs after entering here first. Later, they forbade me to make photocopies. Their staff said that photography is prohibited here. But I did not listen to him and started taking more photographs. Then their manager came and said that sir, photography is not allowed here. So out of respect for him, I did not take any more photographs. I have shared everything I was able to do with you.
