Season 25: My Ultimate Favorite Filipino Food

Food has been a great comfort not just to me but to many of us. Hi it's me @bisayakalog starting to post again after a long break here at steemit.

Let me share to you an ultimate favorite of mine. This food is something a lot of Filipinos know. It's a food that is constantly seen in most Filipino restaurant. It's crispy on the outside but soft in the inside.

A Filipino favorite, this is called "Crispy PATA", it's a part of a pork where it is marinated and boiled to soften the meat and let it immerged in a hot oil to have that crispy appearance.

The very name conjures images of glistening, golden-brown skin, crackling with each bite, yielding to succulent, melt-in-your-mouth pork. I consider this not just a dish but a great appreciation to culture and tradition.

The pigs leg is prepared for hours of meticulous preparation are poured into achieving the perfect balance of crispness and tenderness.

In a world of fleeting culinary trends, Crispy Pata remains a timeless classic. A taste that every Filipino child or adult will forever love. It's a dish that transcends generations, bringing families together and showcasing the best of Filipino cuisine.

Though time will passed and a lot of cuisine might come I will still consider crispy pato my favorite.
