Eco Gym

Today, I will share about a gym centre located near my home and office, Eco Gym, which I discovered through a Steem-atlas map through @mohammadfaisal's brother's contest.

Eco Gym Location:
Eco Gym Centre is located inside Shyampur Ecopark, one kilometre from my house, in the south of Dhaka, the capital of our country. I go to the Eco Gym Centre after work three days a week. I have shown the location through the Steem-atlas map below and the Google Map location.

Description of Eco Gym:
Eco Gym is located inside Shyampur Eco Park, so the environment is very beautiful. The Buriganga River flows in front of Eco Gym. When you go to the southern end of Eco Park, you will first see an Eco Gym banner. If you see the arrow sign on the banner, go forward and you will find the entrance to the Eco Gym. Before entering the Eco Gym, there is an admission office on the left. I have written about the admission fee for the Eco Gym below.

In front of Eco Gym

After entering the Eco Gym, you will see a gym trainer. The trainer gives instructions to everyone admitted to the Eco Gym. He let me do a light exercise for my first gym practice. Since today is my first day, he introduced me to the gym items. My gym trainer is my office colleague, so it has been easy for me to practice at the gym. I have shared a picture of the first step of gym practice below.

Then I gradually saw other items of the Eco Gym and learned how to practice. Then I saw some other people who came to the gym and were working out, and I discussed with them. Then I practised with dumbbells. I was very happy because I had wanted to go to the gym for a long time.

I have played a lot of cricket since my childhood. Once, I was one of the fastest bowlers in my district. I used to stay in the cricket field all day. My physical fitness was very good. I have reduced my cricket playing since I finished my education and joined the job for the last twelve years. Now my body has suddenly started having various problems, so I quickly joined the gym. To maintain my physical fitness, I have to go to the gym. I have learned the names of some items in the gym centre. I still don't know the names of many gym items.

Some of my office colleagues work out at this Eco Gym Centre, which is open every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. I come to the gym three days a week in the evening. Going to the gym is very important to keep our bodies fit.
