The Dairy game made yakhni pulao

Assalam o alikum my steemit friends How are you all doing. I am fine and i hope you all are also be fine. Today is Friday and on Fridays, rice is must at our home whether it's biryani, pulao, peas pulao or rice with pulses, rice has to be made. Today, I was craving for yakhni pulao, so I asked my mom to make it. She said, alright but you will have to help me and I said okay.
This was the pulao we made. And it was super tasty. So now i am sharing the recipe with you all. So that all of you can make this pulao too and enjoy it. So first, we took 1kg of meat. For pulao, it's better to use fatty meat with bones, as it gives more flavour.
To prepare the yakhni we took:
3 tbs of fennel seeds (saunf).
4 to 5 tbs of whole coriander seeds.
3 bay leaves.
1 tsp cumin seeds
12 to 15 whole black peppercorns.
6 to 7 cloves.
1 black cardamom.
2 small sticks of cinnamon.
1 tbs salt
And took 2 medium size onion,1 piece of ginger and 1 bunch of garlic.
We put all of this into a pot, added 2. 5 liters of water and turned on the stove to let it boil.
Cook this for 2 hours. Took 1 medium onion cut it into small pieces and fry it until it turned golden brown and add 1 black cardamom, 1 bay leave ,3 to 4 whole black peppercorns, 2 to 3 cloves in it.
Then took 20 chillies as per taste and grind it with yogurt pour in it and add 1 tbs salt. I took out the meat pieces from the yakhni and added them into it.
Then saute the meat for a little while. After that add yakhni into it. We pour yakhni according to the rice. I took 1 kg rice.
Then i add rice into it. When it started boiling properly and most of the yakhni was absorbed.
I put it into low flame for 10 minutes. And our yummy pulao is ready. It was so delicious. That was all about today i hope you guys like it.
