Chicken Seekh Kebabs
Hello everyone!
Today I am here to share recipe and full making procedure of delicious homemade chicken kebabs 🍢. This is a world wide famous dish and it liked by many.

The recipe and making us very simple. Here is the recipe of the chicken kebab:
- Chicken
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green Chillies
- Salt
- Black peppers
- Cumin seeds
- Ghee/Oil
- Basin/All Purpose Flour
- Seekh or Metal rods with sharp edges
So let us start the procedure of making these chicken seekh kebabs.

Take green chillies according to your required taste. Some people like more spicy than others. So you can take it according to your desire.

We have need of some quantity of the garlic to mix it in the recipe. I am taking a small bunch of garlic for half kg chicken.
Ginger is also required here to increase the taste. We have to mash ginger and make it's paste to use.

Onion is widely used in every dish and I think each dish is incomplete without this vegetable. I have taken two normal size onions to use in the recipe.

It is better to take boneless chicken. I have taken boneless chicken but still there was a small soft bone in it.

After washing chicken I have cut the pieces into small pieces so that I can grind them easily.

After making small pieces of chicken I am now going to grind these pieces to further pieces as we use for the kebabs. I have added black pepper during the grinding process so that they can be mixed well in the chicken.

Here you can see the grinded chicken which will be feasible to use chicken kebabs.

I have mixed the grinded spices such as green chillies, ginger paste, onions, and garlic paste.

Now when the mixture is ready I have started putting the mixture of chicken on the metal rods so that it can get get a specific long and round shape. I used wet hands to carve the shape so that the mixture could not stick with my hands.

I am baking kebabs in direct fire. It gives a unique taste to kebabs. I did not have coals so I used gas fire to directly bake these kebabs.

As it was not a coal fire or heat so it was baked from outside partially. I stopped it baking on the direct fire but it was looking a bit unripe from inside.

I have used some quantity of ghee to fully bake kebabs. If we bake directly on coals heat then we apply oil or ghee while it's baking on metal rods. But if we apply oil or ghee directly on gas fire it will cause burning and fire. So I have taken a few quantity of ghee in a container.

After applying ghee I have placed kebabs inside the container. Now I will cover it and will bake it at very low flame. During this last stage a delicious and appetising fragrance start spreading everywhere. The kebabs become brown and fully ripe.

Here you can see the final look of chicken seekh kebabs. These are ready to serve and eat. It is the best practice to serve them with raita and salads to enhance the richness of taste. Each bite with Raita puts you in heaven and your taste buds enjoy each single piece of kebabs.

I tried these chicken seekh kebabs. These were really delicious and amazing. I enjoyed each bite with raita and cucumber salad. If you also want to enjoy chicken seekh kebabs at home then follow this homemade recipe and give deliciousness to your taste buds.
