Judicial Complex Bannu, High Court
Greetings
I am Muhammad Ahmad from Pakistan
Welcome to my post, my dear friends. How's everything going? I hope that you all will be fine and enjoying your lives. I am also fine and good. Alhumdullilah-
My Visit to the Judicial Complex Bannu
Today, I visited the Judicial Complex in Bannu. This is a big building where important legal work happens. We often see such buildings but don't know much about what goes on inside. My visit was a chance to see how our laws work in real life. I also wanted to share this experience for the Steemit SSLC contest.
This is a very important place in our city. It's a huge building where all kinds of legal work is done. Many times, we just pass by buildings and skip them like this without really knowing what goes on inside, or how important they are for our daily lives. My visit was a real chance to see the justice system up close and understand how our laws work and are implemented. I also wanted to share everything I saw and learned as part of the Steemit SSLC contest.
When I first walked towards the judicial complex, the building itself looked very serious and strong. You could feel that it was a place where from small to big decisions are made. It's not just a set of offices; it's a central point where many people come, and everyone has their legal problems or questions, and focuses on their work. The first look of the judicial complex made me excited to know and learn about how justice is handled in Bannu. Stay with me to explore:
Main Entrance Of Judicial Complex Bannu
- When I reached the judicial complex complex there was a hard check at the gate, like when you entered the court first they will ask you to show your Identity Card (CNIC) and after that they will ask you that in which case or why you want to gocourt, like in which work then you have to elaborate it. After that the Security will check if you have any weapon or other things, after that you can enter in the court.
I entered the judicial complex I noticed a lot of different kinds of people. Lawyers are wearing Black and white Shalwar Kameez, three-piece suits, and carrying their files. There are also ordinary people who are coming for their dates or to ask for help with a legal matter, and everyone seemed to have a reason for being here, and they all locked in on their work. I was also excited to explore a new type of region, and its environment was completely different. In the judicial complex, I first met my uncle there, and it was also happy. I said to my uncle I would visit the judicial complex from the record room to the courtroom for the Steemit SLC contest. He said, " Yes, he nodded happily.
First, he ordered a samosa Chaat (food) and juice. After we had eaten it we started to explore the judicial complex. On the way, he also met me to his colleagues. First, we entered the main building of the judicial complex, which was very vast and beautiful. At the entrance, there was an information room to guide and facilitate the people, and they could ask for their dates.
Their was alot of court rooms in this huge building from majestate' courts to session courts, at Outside the of court rooms many people waiting for their turns. I also saw that some peoples are happy means the decision was done on there side and some seems unhappy and mournful means they lost their case.
Everyone was in a hurry, and they quickly went up and down the stairs. I also entered one of the additional session courtrooms. The court was very cool, I was refreshed, and the judge was in the retiring room attached to the courtroom. The common people were taking dates, this is only one room, there are a lot of courtrooms of different ranks. I also visited some other courts; it was not just cool, but there was mind-blowing silence in the courtroom. I was pleased.
- After all this, I want to visit the record room. My uncle is taking me to the record room on the way, we will also meet his friend and have an introduction and some gossip on the way, then we will take permission and move on to the record room. As we reached the record room, there were a lot of stacks of case files stacked in the cupboards along the very large room, which was not even captured in the picture. The data in the record room was also computerized. In the record room, we also meet another colleague and have a beautiful discussion for a while, then we take permission and leave the record room.
- I also visit the printing press room where a lot of printers are present and all are in running condition, nonstop printing case files, and a lot of stacks along with file covers, etc.
- Then my uncle showed me the area where government lawyers are present and working. We also met some of them with great greetings. Then we move ahead to explore more, and the weather was also cloudy so the exploration was very joyful to me, so we move to the place where the alot of writers are placed, whose are writing the case files for lawyers and set it and give remarks etc, here we also meet with my Uncle close friend he hardly ordered for the tea and juices but we denied that we are in hurry.
- With my uncle, I also sat in the lawyer area, which was so rushed because of a lot of lawyers and a large number of clients. We sat here for some time, my uncle ordered a tea we did some gossip over tea. When the tea was finished, I took permission from my uncle and went back home.
Pros & Cons |
---|
- So now I am going to discuss all the Pros and cons of the High Court. First, let me start with its Pros. So, in this high building of the high court, almost every facility is available. Like we can hire a lawyer if we are facing any problem, also high courts solve our problems without going to the Supreme Court of Pakistan for civil, criminal, and constitutional cases. Also, if citizens want something for public areas or something like this, then they can approach the High Court. Also in this High Court, all the resources are available from eating to documents and much more. Beautiful Washrooms and also the Automatic Washing System are available in the washrooms . Besides this, one of the best things that I like is that there are a lot of rooms in this High Court which are made for people if they need any guidance. So now let me tell you the cons. First con is that most of the people are poor and they can't afford to hire a lawyer for their case . Besides this, there are some cases which take a lot of time to resolve, also Courts are only available in provincial areas, and people from remote areas have to travel a lot, which is their con.
