Emerging reputable factory.[Xclusive Can Limited - Gazipur]
That day I went on an industry visit tour from my university. It was a unique experience for me. The industry I visited was Xclusive Can Limited. It is known as a renowned plastic and can manufacturing factory in Bangladesh. I am interested in adding this post to Steam Atlas. I have tried to review and tell you in detail about this company, which I have seen with my own eyes.

Based on the study I have done about the company, I have given you some idea about the company. The company has one factory in Chittagong and two factories in Dhaka. We went on an industry visit to the factory in Dhaka (Majukhan, Tongi, Gazipur), which is located just 8 km away from Dhaka International Airport. The company started its journey in 1992 with a very limited scope and with little resources. It started its journey from the port city of Chittagong. Before reaching its current position, it had to go through many ups and downs in business.

At the time of establishment, the company's main focus was to manufacture and print metal packages for the paint sector. However, over time, it started manufacturing rigid plastic and metal packing items for other industrial sectors beyond paint. The factory is ISO 9001: 2015 certified. Moreover, the Xclusive Can Limited unit in Dhaka has already obtained FSSC 22000 v 5.1 certificate for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic related products and its primary packaging. Xclusive Can Limited has also achieved GMP certificate.
Can Products
The Chittagong unit of Xclusive Can Limited mainly deals with metal packaging, while the Dhaka unit deals with both plastic and metal packaging and other products.
It was around 11 am when we reached the factory. We were welcomed and served breakfast as soon as we reached. After breakfast, we were divided into two groups. One group would enter the factory from the front and exit from the back, while the other group would inspect the factory from the back and exit from the front. We were accompanied by our respected teachers. Our visit began. Our group had 35 members and the other group had 40 members.

After entering the factory, we carefully observed each part. We observed what parts are used to make everything. The factory had three units. After visiting the first unit, we started the journey of the second unit. All plastic products are produced in this unit. We observed each part. The head manager of the factory helped us in observing the parts. Some pictures of the factory visit have been added below.

After visiting the second unit, we went to visit the third unit. The main work of this unit is to produce tin products. Two pictures of tin products and products have been added below.

Lunch was arranged for us at noon from the factory. After lunch, we learned that the Managing Director (MD) of the company would participate in a discussion meeting with us. Accordingly, we entered the factory roof. After a while, the Managing Director (MD) of the factory entered among us. His name Syed Md. Nasir Uddin . He is a renowned businessman. He discussed various aspects of business and entrepreneurship among us. In this discussion with Melodious, we learn more about the total number of people employed in this factory, which is more than 1,500. The discussion was very informative and insightful. Our enlightening discussion meeting ended with the closing speech of our esteemed Chairman. Then we all prepared to leave. This visit to the industry will remain a milestone for me in the pages of memory.

After a complete inspection of the factory, I observed that the factory is environment friendly, has dual ventilation system of both natural and mechanical types, architecturally strong and aesthetic, hygienic, clean and tidy, conducive working environment with all utility services centralized and state-of-the-art.
