My City, My Pride

Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in a contest organise by @muhammad-ahmad which is titled "My City, My Pride"

Indeed my city is my pride, the one place I love and cherish so much I am currently staying in the city of uyo though I'm not from the, uyo city is the capital of akwa ibom state.

Like I'd made mentioned earlier the city of uyo is one of a kind and aside from being the capital of akwa ibom state, it is a special and peaceful place to dwell in, the city of uyo is a wonderful place for entrepreneurs.

The city of uyo is like a save groove for entrepreneurs to start up their business because of the high level of security that our government have given us, and for that reason so many people from other states most especially the northerners have made our city a sure plug for starting up a business.

When we talk of local traditions well my city should be ranked number one not to mention our very own ibom craft, which encompass art and craft that depicts our very own lifestyle.

Our people are known for lots of things which ranges across rafia making, wood carving, pottery etc and when talking of tradition do not forget our very own masquerade which is the typical ekpo tradition mostly celebrated during festive period.

If someone should visit my city the first and number one place that I would recommend for him or her to visit is none other than the Godswill Akpabio international stadium 🏟️ which has been used to host so many international matches.

And after that I would recommend my visitors to also visit the Le Meridian hotel which is the only five star ⭐ hotel here in our entire state, and the hotel is so big that it has a golf resort for golf lovers.

And lastly I would also recommend the uyo plaza all thanks to our law enforcement now it has been swept clean, it is a nice place to relax and chill enjoying the city of uyo to the fullest
