The negative effects of fuel scarcity in Nigeria

Hello steemians how are you all doing I hope all is well and you all are enjoying your day, today I will be sharing with you all the result of fuel scarcity in our community.

In my previous post I once posted about how I went to buy fuel so that I will use it in the shop thinking that fuel was 550 naira (3.84 steem) but when I got there the fuel price has increased to 650 naira (4.54 steem) overnight.

Fuel which is the major thing that everyone makes use of in our today's world 🌍 starting from the motorists, bikers business men etc all of them makes used of fuel and all of them are all affected by the high price.

And though a lot of people may look less concerned about it but no matter what one way or the other there are all affected by it starting from those travelling because of high cost of transportation there are greatly affected.

As well as marketers when there all want to go and buy new products there will also have to face a high cost of transportation which is being caused by high cost of fuel price as a result there will have to increase the price of their goods in other to cover the transport cost making life difficult for a common man.

And not to talk of government workers some of them are forced to park their cars in other to lessen the burden of high cost of fuel but yet still there are not free because there have to go to work which means there have to pay public transport at a high cost.

As you can see in the picture the federal highway 🛣️ which is the uyo etinan road which is always a busy road, always filled with cars and bikes passing all the time.

Due to the high cost of fuel you can see that I'm even standing in the middle of the highway with no fear of being hit by a car, that shows you how dry the road is and filled with few cars passing once in a while.

And also for some people operating a business that requires the used of fuel like dry cleaners, barbers, viewing centers, studio owners etc have even close down their shops because there couldn't meet up with the high cost of fuel to be able to maintain a smooth business.

And for me in particular the high cost of fuel had also affected me in ways beyond imagination since I'm a cashier in a bet shop due to the high cost of fuel my oga was forced to shut down the place for the main time.

And it has greatly affected my life as well as my plans and everything since aside from steemit there's absolutely nothing else that is providing me with income and I never intended to loose my club100 status here on steemit so there's hunger everywhere.

And if the government continues to keep quiet about this and it reaches a point of high climax a lot of people will loose their lives to hunger and starvation so please where ever you are please 🙏 pray for us all in Nigeria because we definitely need a saviour.
