Welcome to my belog ,How are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.Today here I am participating This interesting and unique home made ginger chilli ketchup recipe .I am very happy to be a part of This challenge challenge .This contest organized by our teacher@afzalqamar.And our teacher taught us how to make the best kind of home made ginger-chilli ketchup.explained step by step and very easy method .I am Thankful for our teacher and whole steemit learning challenge to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .Through This contest we can show our Telent .Today, I will make ketchup following the recipe given by my teacher.

List all the ingridents used making ginger chilli tomatoes ketchup along with their correct Quantities?
The most important task is to make any recipe with the right ingredients and their quantity.This is my first time making ketchup at home. I can make ketchup in bulk before you. My quantity varies. Sometimes there are too many chilies, sometimes there is less tomato, sometimes it becomes too thin.The first time my ketchup turned out perfect, the reason being that the proper ingredients were added in the proper quantity(.Below I have mentioned how many ingredients I used and in what quantity.)

Wash the tomatoes well with water and cut them into small pieces.I cut the tomatoes into small-sized pieces on a cutting board with the help of a knife.

After that, I put all the tomatoes in a pan, turned on the stove, and poured half a cup of water into the pan.

When the tomatoes have softened nicely,The tomatoes will soften nicely in 7-10 minutes. I set the pan aside to cool.Then I ground the tomatoes in grinder.

I take a pen add in 1tsp of oil .Then I finely chopped the green chillies and ginger with a knife.and fry it in oil.untill the good aroma of garlic and chilli starts and it's turn light brown. I kept stirring the spoons and then .I turned off the stove.

On the other hand, I strained the tomato paste that I had ground well with the help of a strainer so that the seeds and skins were separated.

I turned the stove on again and added all the tomato paste to the pan where I had put the oil, ginger, and green chilies.

After that, I added vinegar and kept stirring slowly and then added salt, red chilies .
In the end I add sugar .After adding the sugar, I slowly stirred the spoon and the ketchup started to thicken.now my delicious home made ketchup is ready to served.

With a little effort and in a very short time, a delicious kind of home made ginger chilli ketchup was ready.Its taste is very good. As soon as the bun was ready, we tried it with samosas and it gave a great response throughout the house. It was a lot of fun.After the ketchup was ready, I cut thin slices of ginger and decorated it with green chilies.
