🥰Assalamu alaikum friends🥰

Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @artist1111 Sir.The contest topic is Food diaries and reviews. This is my first time on joining such an good contest.I am very happy for that.Today, I will share my food dairy. So without further ado,let get started.

After waking up in the morning, my body was feeling sluggish and tired, as I hadn't slept well at night due to the power cut. When I got up in the morning, I wasn't feeling good, so I sat for a while to freshen up and tidy myself before waking my son. After waking him up, I brushed his teeth; I have to force him to brush his teeth everyday.He never wants to do it on his own. For breakfast today, I made flatbreads (roti) . It took a little extra time to make the flatbreads because there are five members in our family. After I finish making breakfast, I go back to my room.After coming to my room, I fed my son breakfast, and afterward, I had my own breakfast.

In Bangladesh, we usually prepare rice and vegetable curry for lunch. Eggplant fry, sautéed jute leaves, and potato curry with fish have been prepared for lunch.. After that, I cooked lentils. I always prepare food for two meals, cooking more for lunch so that it can be eaten for dinner as well. Once I finish cooking and completing all the chores at home, I give my son a bath and then we have our lunch together.

After that, we all left our lunch and went to our rooms to rest. In the afternoon, when your son wakes up, I will freshen him up and take him outside for a walk. I always feed my son some light snacks in the afternoon.Yesterday my brother-in-law came to visit us. He brought summer ripe mangoes, pineapples, and various other fruits. So, in the afternoon, I was cutting the pineapples. The pineapples were very sweet, and the juicy mangoes were also very sweet. After that, I washed and cut all the fruits well and sat down to eat with the whole family.

Every evening at our house, we drink tea. I always make brown tea, which is very special. When I make the tea, I add ginger, black cumin, and cloves. Making tea like this helps relieve cold symptoms, headaches, and refreshes the body. I prepare it for the whole family in the evening, and we have biscuits and toast with the tea. Drinking tea in the evening has become a habit for us, and after a tiring day, a cup of tea in the evening brings a good feeling to the body.

Since it's the Eid season, my appetite has reduced from eating beef every meal. That's why my elder sister has cooked bhuna khichuri today. The main ingredients for making bhuna khichuri were pulao rice and moong dal, and chicken was cooked alongside it. My elder sister prepared the broiler chicken very spicy since it will be eaten with the khichuri. Once the cooking was done, I prepared mixed salad for everyone. For the mixed salad, I chopped some green chilies, onions, and other ingredients together. We all had dinner together.

To live a healthy life, the contribution of nutritious food is very important. Therefore, we should always pay attention to our diet. We can eat whatever we like, but we should make our own food list to identify which foods are more necessary or nutritious for our bodies.
