How is everyone doing? I hope, by the endless mercy of the Creator, that everyone is well, healthy, and safe. Alhamdulillah, by Allah’s mercy and your prayers, I am also doing very well.Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S25/W1, organized by the Honorable Teacher @m-fdo. The honorable teacher @m-fdo has brought us a dessert. She definitely deserves thanks for this effort to improve our knowledge about desserts further. As a student, I am eager to participate and learn a great deal from the challenges she has organized. And I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

🍮Caramel pudding turorial🍮

◾First, I will make caramel. The most important thing for making pudding is the caramel. If it is not perfect, the pudding will not look good.

◾ I have placed a pan on the stove and heated it well. I added 50 grams of sugar to the pan, and after adding the sugar, I lowered the flame.

◾For about three to four minutes, I kept the stove on low heat and melted the sugar. Once the sugar melted, I increased the heat to bring it to a boiling point.

◾Then, I took a bowl to make the pudding and poured the hot caramel into it. As soon as I poured it, I tilted the bowl to coat the caramel evenly all around.

◾Then I broke three eggs into a bowl, and poured the milk from the packet. Since the milk was liquid, I did not boil or cook it beforehand; I used the milk just like that. I had set aside the remaining 20 grams of sugar, and now I will complete the rest of the tasks.

◾Then I crack the eggs well using a hand mixer at home. The eggs need to be beaten very well; if they are not beaten properly, the pudding will not set perfectly. I have beaten the egg mixture well for about 6-7 minutes.

◾ After beating the egg mixture, I added the remaining granulated sugar that I had set aside, and I mixed it well once again.

◾In the next step, I poured the liquid milk that I had set aside into the egg mixture, then I mixed it well again.

◾Since no one at my home particularly likes it this way, I added vanilla essence according to everyone's preference. The kids really like the vanilla flavor, so I added 2-3 drops of vanilla essence.

◾Then I took a strainer, and with your help, I strained the whole milk for the pudding. This way, some parts of the egg and any clumps that were there got collected in the strainer, making the pudding even smoother.

◾After that, I discarded the remaining things that were left.

◾I don't have a rice cooker at home, so I've chosen the cooking pot we use. I've put a suitable amount of water in the pot and placed it on the stove, then I've placed a stand inside it.

◾After that, I have carefully placed the pudding bowl inside the pot on the stove.

◾Then I covered the pudding with a small plate so that the boiling water from the steamer wouldn't reach the pudding inside.

◾ After that, I covered the pot with a larger lid so that the steam from the water wouldn't escape; essentially, the pudding will set with the steam.

◾I put it on the stove for 20-25 minutes on medium heat then I check if the pudding is done with a toothpick. I found that no liquid sticks to the toothpick, which means my pudding is done.

◾Now I take the pudding off the stove and let it cool under the fan. When it cools down, After that, I kept it in the fridge for about two hours, and it freezes very well and looks beautiful too.

◾Then I took the caramel pudding out of the fridge and used a plastic knife to carefully go around the edges of the bowl to loosen the pudding a bit, after which I inverted it onto a glass plate.Alhamdulillah,the look of my caramael pudding is mashaAllah.

Pudding is a favorite food of my children. When I have time, it is often bought from fast food shops and sometimes it is also made at home. I have tasted the pudding I made today. However, before I test it, I let my beloved child test it and it is one of his favorite foods.Seeing the smile of satisfaction on his face, I understood that my hard work was worthwhile. That is, the pudding was delicious. This time I tasted the pudding with everyone in the family. The taste of the pudding was truly extraordinary.
