My Experience at Kacchi Heaven Restaurant

A few days ago, I visited Kacchi Heaven Restaurant in Saidpur. It’s a recently opened restaurant that caught my attention one afternoon when I went out to buy a burger. I didn’t plan the visit, it just happened by chance. Today, I want to share how my experience went there.

Location & Accessibility

Finding this restaurant is really easy since it’s located right beside Saidpur Plaza, along the main road. It’s actually in a well-known area of Saidpur, so you won’t have any trouble locating it.

Interestingly, the floor where this restaurant now sits used to be Chilekotha Restaurant, but it’s now replaced by Kacchi Heaven. Although Google Maps still hasn’t been updated.

There’s no private parking space, but you can park your bike or bicycle downstairs, or use the small parking area near Saidpur Plaza. To enter the restaurant, you’ll need to go up a small staircase. The entrance has a simple yet classic look that feels welcoming.

Ambiance & Decoration

The restaurant’s interior isn’t very luxurious, but it’s quite pleasant and cozy. The lighting setup and decorative partitions give the place a warm, inviting vibe. As you can see in my photo, the soft afternoon sunlight gently lit up the most beautiful spot in the restaurant. It was wonderful to watch.

The most attractive seating area was the one that located at the back and the wall of that seating area that has big glowing “Love” artwork. It’s a quiet corner, perfect for small groups of friends or family members to sit and chat comfortably.

The dining area looked clean and nicely organized. However, I think the food counter could have been arranged in a more polished way. The restaurant is air-conditioned and equipped with CCTV, so comfort and security are well taken care of.

I noticed some cute little plastic flower pots on a few tables, which added a nice decorative touch. Still, I feel the place would look even more elegant if those flower pots were of better quality.

I really liked how the fans and lights were set up in the restaurant. Every table has the same cozy arrangement, which makes the dining experience feel more relaxing and comfortable.

Menu & Pricing

The restaurant offers both local dishes and a few fast-food options. But if you order fast food, you might have to wait a bit longer because they don’t prepare those items on-site, they bring them from another branch. However, you can enjoy rice meals with different meat curries served fresh here. They also have beverages and chocolates available.

Taste & Food Quality

I was told my burger would be ready in about 10 minutes, but it actually took almost half an hour. Luckily, it arrived hot and clearly freshly made. The taste wasn’t extraordinary, but it was good enough to satisfy. It was nicely prepared. Overall, you can say it was a fair experience for the price.

I ordered a burger, which cost 100 BDT, and honestly, for its size and taste, the price felt quite reasonable.

👨‍🍳 Staff & Service

The service quality was quite impressive. The lady who manages the restaurant seemed polite and humble. Even though my food was delayed, the staff’s behavior was respectful and welcoming.

Still, I believe they should work on improving their delivery timing, that would make the dining experience smoother.

Value for Money

Considering the taste, portion size, and service, the pricing felt reasonable. You can have a fulfilling meal here for just 100 BDT, which is great for students, families, or anyone looking for a clean and budget-friendly restaurant in Saidpur.

Compared to other restaurants, the prices and quality here might be a bit lower, but not at all negligible, especially because the environment is pleasant.

Other Facilities

The restaurant has a clean washroom and a handwashing area. They accept both cash and online payments. There’s also a separate family seating section, which makes it a nice place to bring loved ones for a comfortable meal.

Overall Experience

Overall, my visit to Kacchi Heaven Restaurant was a pretty good one. I liked the environment and comfort, though I think they should add more items to the menu and improve the food delivery timing.

The fans, lighting, and AC worked well, and the place felt peaceful. I just wish the restaurant space was a bit larger.

For anyone in Saidpur who wants to enjoy tasty food in a clean, calm, and affordable setting, Kacchi Heaven is definitely worth visiting!
