Without further ado, let's get to the point. Caesar salad is a very popular salad worldwide, but there are many types of Caesar salad. The special ingredients of this salad are romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. First of all, I am giving the ingredients of this recipe below.
- Lettuce leaves 3 pieces
- Croutons as much
- Chicken meat as much
- Soy sauce 2 spoons
- Vinegar
- Mustard as much
- Parmesan cheese 50 grams
- Mayonnaise as much
- Cherries 3 pieces
- Cashew nuts 4 pieces
Below I have given the recipe step by step.

First I chopped 3 pieces of lettuce leaves I mixed them with vinegar water and kept them for some time and after some time I washed the lettuce leaves with fresh water drained the water and kept it in a separate clean container. The lettuce leaves looked very crisp and fresh.

Then I added 2 spoons of mustard to give it a nice mustard flavor.

After adding the mustard, I thinly sliced a small amount of cheese and decided to add the rest of the cheese later.

Then I added 3 spoons of homemade mayonnaise to it to enhance its taste.

After adding the mayonnaise, I added 2 spoons of soy sauce.

After giving all the ingredients, I kept mixing it with my hands and mixed it well. After mixing, I added the rest of the cheese and mixed it well.

I made the Caesar salad following the recipe prepared in the course. But to enhance the taste of this salad, I added homemade mayonnaise, cashew nuts, and cherries as additional ingredients which enhanced its taste. Along with adding parmesan cheese, lettuce leaves, and mustard, it increased the salty taste and texture.
This is the first time I have made this salad, although it is a famous salad all over the world, I have tasted it for the first time. So in one word, I can say that this salad has undoubtedly met my expectations.

Salad is very beneficial for our body, it removes toxins from our body and keeps the body healthy and fit. However, one of the main ingredients of Caesar salad is lettuce leaves, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. So I will highlight the benefits of these 3 ingredients for our body below.
Lettuce leaves
Lettuce leaves are added to salads and it is quite delicious to look at and eat, but it also increases our digestive power. Lettuce leaves are rich in fiber, so the stomach feels full but does not add extra calories, which helps in weight loss. Lettuce leaves contain vitamin C which increases immunity. In addition, this leaf contains potassium which controls blood pressure.
Croutons
Another important ingredient in Caesar salad is croutons. Since it is made from bread which is rich in carbohydrates, it provides quick energy after eating and adds some satisfaction and nutrition to the salad. The presence of fiber in croutons gives a feeling of fullness. In addition, adding it to salads increases the texture of the salad, which enhances the taste of the food.
Parmesan Cheese
Parmesan cheese is a high-quality protein that helps build muscle and helps repair cells in the body. This cheese is rich in calcium, which strengthens bones, especially for children. It is also easy to digest.

My special tip for making this salad is to soak the lettuce leaves in water with vinegar.
Usually, we put raw lettuce leaves in Caesar salad. Pesticides are often used in lettuce leaves. Besides, dirt, dust, and insects remain in the gaps between the leaves, so vinegar is an ingredient to destroy germs ingredient, first cut the lettuce leaves and add vinegar to them to destroy the insects, dust, and pesticides in the leaves. Then wash them well with fresh water remove the water and use them separately, otherwise, the texture gets ruined due to too much water. This is one of my recipe tips.

Una ensalada con un toque personal al agregarle un toque dulzon a la.ensalada en combinacion con semillas de anacardo o merey, seria muy bueno probar para saber y establecer clmparacion de sabores.
