One Picture One Story Week #96
Assalamualaikum dear all friends!!! I'm your steemian @steemsial and here with you with a new post to complete the contest of (ONE PICTURE ONE STORY). Thanks Mam @suboohi and steemit for this challenge on the steemit platform. I'm very happy to share the story of one of the best picture of my gallery. Dear friends when I was scrolling my phone's gallery, I saw a very beautiful picture. This was a screenshot which I'd taken about 5-6 months ago. Last year 2024 in the month of July my father caught a serious heart problem. He suffered form heart attack and that time I was not with him. He was rescued to the hospital and I was in lahore and I didn't come for him because that was 9-10th of Moharram and I couldn't get ticket for home. With the blessings of Allah Almighty and prayers of my family, my father get healthy life and he come back to the home after 07 days with new health and with a new life. This was a movement of sorrow for me as I was not in home and you can feel that movement of me.
When he back to home I call him a video call and this time I took a screenshot of that call. In this picture you can see the happiness of my father as he was looking at me and I was also happy to see him. For months life had been busy with days swallowed by work and responsibilities. In this picture I with my father finally stealing a moment to connect—not in the same room, not even in the same city but through the fragile magic of video call. The father's laughter filled the space, warm and unguarded, his glasses catching the lights as his eyes softened. He had lived many seasons, weathered countless Storms, he looked like a man reborn–simply because I was smiling back at him.
On the other side of picture I was not hiding the happiness as I was looking at my father's face. My grin was wide almost childlike, the kind that say's, "I've missed this." It was not just a video call,it was a thread stitching two hearts together despite of all the distance.
After all incidents of life, my father is standing like a hard wall in front of me an my family. He is running his business. He is fulfilling our all needs. He is a father and he is proving that he is a great father. He is facing the warm air but giving us rest and peaces. The life he gave us is not a simple life,it is dream of some people. And there is no doubt he is a Great father and he is my complete world.
May Allah grant him a healthy long life (AMEEN) |
