Saja Makkah Hotel (Saudi Arabia )

Recently I visited Makkah and stayed at Saja Makkah, so today I'm going to review this hotel.

Saja Hotel Makkah is 4.4 km far from Masjid Ul Haram and it provides free shuttle service 24/7. It is part of the Saja Hotels chain, a subsidiary of SIAD Holding, they are famous for its emphasis on providing comfortable and luxurious stays for pilgrims and visitors. It is a four-star hotel located in Al Masfalah, Makkah, and it provides many facilities to their guests and pilgrims including free WiFi and private parking. The hotel offers a free shuttle and baggage storage. They don't allow smoking ,they dont have any smoking lounge inside so it's totally non-smoking hotel.

They appointed very active and humble receptionist to deal with their visit or guest. You can booked your room online and at the reception.
There is an other desk to find their queries if there is crowd, during hajj and month of Ramadan a huge number of pilgrims are at makkah.

The most attractive thing is they offer their special traditional tea(qahwa) and dates to welcome their guests. When we reached they offered us too . Due to huge crowd at reception I couldn't take pictures.

There is a large area for waiting and sitting. A lage number of sofa and sitting arrangements were done beautifully to accommodate large crowds. Neatness and calmed environment is outstanding.

At hotel there are six lifts so many gests can move up at a time. Near lifts they place sofa set with table to take rest if you are waiting for lifts. I like this very much because when you back from haram you are tired and you have food stuff or other things so you need something to rest specially if you are waiting.

Neat and clean peaceful and beautiful Corridor welcome you when you come out from lift. All rooms has automatic light at its door. Card keys are used to unlock door.

When you entered in room one side they provide a kitchen area for storage of food stuff, electric kettle for making teas, a fridge to keep food.

They provides 9 water bottles of 350ml ,4 tea bags ,4 coffee sachets and suger complimentary.

Comfortable beds with clean bedding and pillow. Cleaning staff daily clean your room . Room has a big smark tv , luggage storage, small dinning tables, 4 lamps, speakers for sallah on time.

Room has a work station for your laptop or office work. A table with chair ,intercom table lamp which increases the beauty of room too. Iron with iron stand are provided, hangers and wardrobe area is proper . A locker is given to keep your money and precious things safe. You feel comfort like home.

Bath rooms are neat and clean, newly designed, having hot and cold water 24/7. They provides all toiletries complimentary including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, lotion.

They offer their rooms with breakfast package too. From 6-10am you can enjoy your breakfast buffet including boiled eggs, omelette, toasted bread,croissant, muffins, cheese, cakes ,rusks, fruits, tea, coffee,juice and much more. They provides lunch and dinner buffet too but that are totally arabic cuisine.
