Naojowan Eidgah Ground Naogaon

This is the largest Eidgah ground in Naogaon city. It is located in the Muktir Mor area of Naogaon city, and two Eids of Muslims are held here, and prayers are offered with large congregations on those two Eids. Also, the Imam of the government mosque of Naogaon city joins the Eidgah ground here to offer prayers.

In addition, people of all professions, big and small, prepare to offer prayers in this field during Eid. For about 7 days before Eid, from 8 to 10, the Eidgah field is seen busy with cleaning work. After that, all the grass in the field is removed, and the entire field is cleaned, and new cloth is spread. In addition, lighting is arranged on all sides, and it continues until the third day of Eid.

The Eidgah ground remains decorated like this until the third day of Eid, and people are very happy about it. And Everyone waits for a year to see this new joy of the ground. Also, this ground is not only known as the Eidgah ground, but it is also known as a sports ground. Also, if any Muslim person dies, it is used to perform the funeral of that deceased person.

In addition, this field is very important for children's sports. Every day from afternoon to evening, every child comes here to play, and they play all over the field. Also, when basic sports are held in the schools of Naogaon city, all the students of those schools come to the field and participate in their sports.

Not only that, but various types of fairs are also held in this field, such as book fairs. Tree fairs, trade fairs, and other such fairs are beautifully organised in this field. It also lasts for quite some time. Waz Mahfils are organised one after another, where each event of the Mahfil is performed in the Nawajan field. When a huge Mahfil is organised, all kinds of arrangements, starting from arranging the stage, are completed in this Nawajan field.

Also, adults come here to play carrom in the afternoon and evening. After the children's play, the older boys sit here with the carrom board and play carrom until midnight. There is also a large water tank and various shops next to the field.

There is also a separate place for the dead to be kept during the funeral, and there are many shops nearby. There are also various types of fast food shops around the field in the evening. There are also several tea shops around the field from where people can drink tea at cheap prices, and a lot of people can be seen in these shops in the evening.
