Guilt-Free Pizza at Home! 🍕 Whole Wheat Recipe with Fresh Sauce & Toppings
Hey everyone, hope you're all fine. Today I'm sharing my recipe of make whole wheat pizza. It is a healthier version of pizza that you can make and enjoy at home. So lets start the recipe without further a do.
DOUGH PREPARATION
For pizza dough preparation I took, 3 cup whole wheat flour, 1 sachet of yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add luke warm water to make it a smooth dough for pizza. Knead it and rest it for about 1 to 2 hours. After 2 hours drizzle some olive oil or any cooking oil on it and knead again to form a good dough. Now the dough is ready to be shaped.

PIZZA SAUCE PREPARATION
For pizza sauce you need, 4 tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, 1 medium chopped onion, some rubbed oregano and basil leaves dried. Firstly put the oil in a pan and add onion and sautee it for 1 to 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, oregano and basil leaves then I blended the tomatoes while you can use tomatoe paste or puree ready made. I wanted to make it as hwalthy as possible. Then add tomato blend, sugar and salt. As per your taste. And cook it until form thick mixture. And your pizza sauce is ready.

TOPPINGS PREPARATION
I took boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces then in a pan i added oil, chicken and cook it until it turned white in colour. Then I added oregano, salt and red chili powder, cook it for 10 min and then added mushrooms, bell pepper of two colors, onion sliced. And mixed it and cooked for about more 5 min and toppings also got ready.

ASSEMBLING
Shaped the dough and put the toppings that we made, added mozzarella cheese and baked it for 15 to 20 minutes in pre heated oven. And our delicious pizza is ready to serve, ready to eat.
