One Picture One Story Week #95

It is time for Autumn and it is one of the beautiful season. Especially September that is beginning of time when the days becoming shorter and because of less light the trees and vegetation changing the colour of their leaves from green to yellow or red and then become dry and fall off.
Often it is noticeable when we go to parks where different types of trees, both with leaves and evergreen then it is almost like someone started to paint and used so many colours. Then the days when it is sunny everything looks even more brighter and happier.
The other signs of Autumn that we can see on ground these are Chestnuts, often people use them to make marmalade and some people eat them after roasting them. I tried them once when I was with friends on weekend market and when they were roasted with some sugar they were sweet and this way it was delicious like little snack. In compare to ordinary sweets chestnuts have more energy and you can not eat too much of them. After few you already feel full that is why it is a good replacement of artificial sugar that usually quickly digested by our body.
Since then once I see such chestnuts sold outside that is for me time for Autumn. It is sad on one hand to realize that this is an end of the year on other hand it is time of another beautiful holiday Halloween, that is also my favorite holiday. Just after that it is very close to Christmas so Autumn means time for nice holidays.

Efectivamente, otoño es una época muy hermosa. En lo personal, cuando esa temporada llega la asocio con los cambios y, siempre llego a la conclusión de que, la naturaleza de esa manera nos enseña que, así como todo comienza, todo termina.
