If we talk or discuss about culinary issues, my region Aceh is famous for its delicious and distinctive culinary. Some examples of our delicious Acehnese culinary specialties include,

Acehnese Noodles.. Noodles cooked with typical Acehnese spices and usually served with meat or seafood.

Then there is Soto Aceh. Soto made with beef or goat and served with a sauce rich in spices.

Then there is Gulai. A dish made with meat or seafood cooked in coconut milk rich in spices.

Then there is Martabak Aceh. Martabak filled with meat or seafood and served with a distinctive sauce.

Then there is Kue Putu. A traditional cake made from rice flour and palm sugar, usually served as a snack.

A delicious menu list. Rendang meat is indeed one of the most popular Acehnese specialties, with a rich and aromatic taste. White cooking and white cooking shrimp also sound delicious, with a light and fresh taste. Boiled salted duck eggs are also a good choice, with a savory taste and creamy texture.
