My Nephew Helps Dry Starfruit

I have a niece who helps dry starfruit to make asam sunti. Asam sunti is a traditional Acehnese dish known for its sour taste and distinctive aroma. Before it becomes sour and is cooked into a sauce, the starfruit must first be dried in the sun for 3-4 days, as shown in the picture below.
