Coconut Takeh Oil I Made to Market
The coconut oil I make, or more commonly known as the virgin coconut oil, is produced by cooking coconut milk and has a high traditional value.
The process of cooking coconut milk to produce a thick, rich oil is often part of traditional recipes in various regions. I often helped my mother make coconut oil, until I finally learned to make it myself.
I usually use coconut oil in my daily cooking, especially during the month of Maulid. We cook large quantities of nasi minyak (oil rice) for the Maulid celebration, commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. We also often use nasi minyak (oil rice) in various other traditional dishes, adding a distinctive flavor and delicious aroma.
Today, I'm making a large quantity of coconut oil because I want to sell it. This could be a good business opportunity, as it's in high demand. The high-quality coconut oil I make, made using traditional processes, has a unique appeal to consumers seeking natural and traditional products.
I already have a marketing plan for my takeh oil. I've considered selling them online and in local markets that favor traditional products. A small business like this could thrive if I manage it well.
