Durian Fruit in the Garden

Yesterday I went to my friend's house in Sawang. She had asked me to come over because she wanted to give me some durian. When I arrived, she invited me to her durian orchard. I was amazed to see the durians hanging from the trees.

I was so tempted to pick the durians. Then my friend told me they were ripe. So we picked them using the picker provided at the orchard. After we picked the durians, we took them home to enjoy together.

This is durian compote made by my friend's mother. It was so delicious, I'm addicted. We ate the durian flesh with cooked sticky rice and coconut milk mixed with jackfruit flesh. This is really delicious, a combination of sticky rice, coconut milk and durian meat which produces a special taste😋
