Harvesting Avocado Fruit for Juice Making
Today, I walked with my mother in her shady avocado orchard, enjoying the bright morning. We headed to a palm tree ready for harvest, and she showed me how to carefully pick the fruit.
I was happy to help my mother and learn about the process of harvesting the avocados.
The ripe, delicious avocados made me eager to try them. My mother smiled and handed me some of the avocados she had picked. I enjoyed the sweet taste and soft texture of the fresh avocados. We collected the picked avocados in a bamboo basket.
Harvesting avocados with my mother made me feel closer to nature and family. I felt happy to spend time with her in the orchard, enjoying the beauty of nature and the delicious harvest. The avocados will be made into juice, so first, the flesh must be separated from the skin, like this.
Then, I will add sugar and milk to the avocado flesh that we scraped and mashed.
Fresh avocado juice has a sweet taste and a creamy texture. This fresh avocado juice will be a refreshing and healthy drink for my family this morning.
