I Really Like Chilies

I'm a fan of spicy food, which is why I've planted dozens of chilies in my modest garden. Thankfully, my chili plants are now bearing fruit, and this is the fruit I've picked.

Chili peppers are a must-have spice for adding a delicious spicy flavor. And I have a collection of favorite chilies always ready in the kitchen, from cayenne peppers to large red chilies, each type of chili has its own unique characteristics. I usually grind chilies.

Even though I have a blender, I prefer grinding chilies. This method makes the food taste better than pureeing the chilies. Chilies not only add spiciness but also add aroma and texture to dishes.
