My Nephew Who Loves to Help His Grandma Cook
This was a truly beautiful moment I witnessed this morning. My niece was so happy to help her grandmother cook breadfruit compote, and my grandmother must have been so happy to have a granddaughter willing to help.
The sweet and warm breadfruit compote became even more special with my niece's presence in the kitchen. My niece has often helped her grandmother cook, and this wasn't the first time.
Many girls have an interest and talent in cooking, and I think that's wonderful, because cooking isn't just about preparing food, but also about sharing love and affection through delicious food.
