Salsabila, My Niece Who Is Processing Tilapia

I have a sweet and diligent niece, Sabila, who helps my mother. She loves helping her mother cook, and she also enjoys cleaning fish.

Like she's doing now, Salsabila is cleaning tilapia fish that will be cooked into a delicious dish. After the fish is clean, it's then sprinkled with salt and lime juice.

The lime juice and salt will remove the fishy smell, making it even more delicious after cooking. Tilapia meat itself tends to be bland, so I add lime juice and salt to enhance the flavor.
